Help Save Sterling Miller

The unofficially dubbed “Brazilian Killer”, UFC Light Heavyweight fighter PHIL “Mr. Wonderful” DAVIS, helped found a fundraiser for a beautiful 5 year old girl named Sterling Avery Miller who is battling for her life against Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. To make matters worse for Sterling, she also tested positive for the Philadelphia Chromosome – a gene mutation that makes a person resistant to Chemotherapy. With the addition of having the Philadelphia Chromosome, Sterling’s prognosis has been reduced to a 30% survival rate.

Davis teamed up with long time friend, Ian Walsh, to help save Sterling’s life and ease the financial burden on her family. Ian Walsh is raising money by running the Philadelphia Marathon on November 23rd, 2014. If Walsh doesn’t finish the marathon, he has agreed to take a devastating leg kick from Davis.

The US based melodic metal band, THE NEOLOGIST, have joined the fight for Sterling and will be donating 100% of their album proceeds to Sterling until the end of 2014. THE NEOLOGIST are set to release their third album entitled Coming Full Circle towards the end of 2014. The album also includes guest appearances by SOILWORK’s Bjorn “Speed” Strid, THREAT SIGNAL’s Jon Howard, and MUTINY WITHIN’s Chris Clancy. The first single from the album titled “Color of Beauty” can be heard HERE.

The fundraiser, which is sponsored by Young Upstart Foundation, has been auctioning off signed UFC/Bellator swag donated by Phil Davis and others. All of the auctions can be found HERE.
