A few months before the release of the third album, the Swedish Death ’n’ Roll road cruiser JESUS CHRÜSLER SUPERCAR takes the first gear in 2019 and brings themselves back with a hellish loud appetizer, the brand new “Holy Chrüst – Horn Alley Live Session”! The new EP with cover versions of the songs “Love Sick” by Bob Dylan, Motörhead’s “Overkill”, “It’s Coming Down” by Danzig and “Ramblin’ Rose” by the legendary MC5 will be released digitally on 22.02.2019 through Dr. Music Records. Tomas Skogsberg was again responsible for mixing and mastering at the Sunlight Studio (The Hellacopters, Entombed, Amorphis). Furthermore, there will be four video clips of the “Horn Alley Live Session” on a playlist in the band’s YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/jcscmusic.

«Hello friends. We promised you some cool news in the beginning of the new year and here it is. Each member of JESUS CHRÜSLER SUPERCAR has chosen one song from our childhood heroes as a way to pay tribute to the ones who inspired us to start playing music. We applied the JESUS CHRÜSLER SUPERCAR sound to put our own mark on the songs and got some help from our friends to shoot a live video session as we were recording the songs. We ended up with “Holy Chrüst – Horn Alley Live Session”. A homage to our heroes and a dirty Rock ’n’ Roll live video documentary for you to enjoy.»

JESUS CHRÜSLER SUPERCAR already toured with Clutch, Bullet, Spiritual Beggars, Warrior Soul and played i.a. at the Wacken Open Air 2016 and Dong Open Air as well as co-headliner at German Rock am Stück and recently at the Ice Rock Festival in Switzerland, furthermore, the jury of the Midem Artist Accelerator 2017 voted the band into the top 45 of the best young talents and last year they played their first showcase at Europe’s largest music conference for young live talents, the Eurosonic Noorderslag Festival in Groningen (NL).
