Ilosaarirock 2016, set to take place on July 15-17, in Joensuu (Finland) has announced the first two bands to the line-up:
First artists for summer 2016 are Danish rock giants VOLBEAT and British indie rock comet THE 1975!
VOLBEAT, one of the biggest rock groups in Europe, mixes classic rock with metal. The band is one of the most requested acts to perform at Ilosaarirock. THE 1975’s first album debuted at number 1 in the UK. The long awaited second album will be released in February.
The two-day Early Bird tickets (89 euros) will be available Monday November 23rd.

Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )
