With the release of Between The Buried And Me‘s critically-acclaimed new album, The Parallax II: Future Sequence (Oct. 8, Metal Blade Records), just days away, the North Carolinian band have released a collection of instructional videos for the new song “Telos.”

SPIN, who described The Parallax II as a “space voyage that feels like a conceptual odyssey,” currently have a download (or stream depending on if this is fixed by morning) of “Astral Body” available on their site here: http://www.spin.com/articles/between-the-buried-and-me-astral-body-premiere. A video for the song premiered last week via Alternative Press’ website and can be viewed on the band’s official YouTube page here: http://www.youtube.com/btbamofficial.

The eye-catching clip echoes the story singer/songwriter Tommy Rogers laid out over the course of the previously releasedParallax EP and the upcoming album, which focuses on two characters: Prospect I and Prospect II.

The band kicked off a European tour on Monday in the UK with upcoming tour dates in Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
