Century Media Records will release a vinyl re-issue “Into The Grave” of Swedish death metal act GRAVE‘s phenomenal 1991 debut album on June 1st, 2015! Considered a milestone of the genre alongside such classics as “Left Hand Path”, “Like An Ever Flowing Stream” or “Where No Life Dwells”, it’s an essential album that belongs in every proper death metal collection.

The 2015 edition is visually based upon the first-pressing LP in terms of album sleeve layout yet shows the wonderful Axel Hermann artwork (Asphyx, Morgoth, etc) unobstructed with the silver logo of the original LP. Hermann recently provided the cover in astonishing quality thus it looks even nicer than ever before!

The music remained the same and sounds as blistering and brutal as ever, so enjoy this masterpiece of Swedish death metal!

Swedish death metallers GRAVE have launched on online diary from their current European tour with OBITUARY and PATHOLOGY. You can check it out at this location.

GRAVE, BLOOD RED THRONE, PATHOLOGY and GIGAN will team up for a U.S. tour in August/September.

2011 marks the 20th anniversary of GRAVE‘s epic debut album, “Into The Grave”, and the band is planning to play several special shows during the year featuring a performance of the entire first LP plus songs from “You’ll Never See…” and “Soulless”.

GRAVE last year parted ways with bassist Fredrik Isaksson “due to personal reasons and issues.”

Fredrik played his last show with GRAVE in July 2010 at the Eisenwahn festival in Germany.

GRAVE‘s latest album, “Burial Ground”, was released on June 14, 2010 via Regain Records. The CD’s cover artwork was created by Costin Chioreanu of Twilight13 Media.
