Metal Shock Finland’s David Pearce caught up with KATALEPTIC at Bloodstock Open Air 2012. Kataleptic got to Bloodstock by winning Metal To The Masses. Here they are talking about their new Ep, what it meant to win Metal To The Masses and what it was like to play Bloodstock Open Air.

Kataleptic formed in ’08 in Birmingham, England with the aim of making pure, brutal, Death Metal. The band quickly formed a following in the Midlands playing the local pubs and clubs as well as recording and releasing two demos between ’09 and ’10. The band was also featured in Terrorizer Magazine’s Grindhouse compilation. Now in their fourth year, Kataleptic are wrapping up the recording of their new EP “Through The Eyes of Carnality” which promises to be more savage than anything previously released by the band.
