Italian metal act KRAMPUS have parted ways with keyboardist Tommaso.
Says the band: With regret, but also in a time of exciting progress within the band, we are announcing another change to our lineup: Tommaso (keyboards) is leaving the band effective immediately. As of now, we have no plans to look for a replacement and will continue Krampus without a keyboard player. We are currently in the midst of some really exciting songwriting, and we can’t wait to share the results with you later this year!”

Tommaso‘s statement reads as follows: “A few weeks ago I decided not to continue my collaboration with Krampus. It was neither a simple decision nor taken light heartedly but it was the moment for me to move on and focus on my studies and personal life. I wanna thank all you guys for the extraordinary support throughout all these years and for this amazing experience. I wish all the luck to the guys in the band and all the success that they can get! Fear the Krampus!”

Keyboardist Per Wiberg has been relieved of his duties as a member of Swedish progressive metallers OPETH as part of a mutual decision with the band. Keyboard duties on upcoming tours will be handled by a musician who is already rehearsing with the band. Said musician’s identity will be released at a later date.
