Roadrunner Records issues briefly that KILLSWITCH ENGAGE‘s October 30 performance in Chicago has moved from the Congress Theater to the Aragon Ballroom. The band will be performing with Lamb of God, Testament, and Huntress.
According to Roadrunner Records, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE played a very special, intimate show on Saturday, October 12 at Santos Party House in New York. The room only holds about 400 people, so this was a show for hardcore fans, and those fans were rewarded with a set list that featured deep album cuts and rare songs, including the first-ever performance of “Turning Point,” from their new album Disarm the Descent. Watch the band play “In Due Time” below. The show was presented by the CBGB Festival and The Merciless Book of Metal Lists, and the proceeds went to benefit the FC Foundation, whose mission is to fight cancer by raising awareness and to educate about early cancer detection, ultimately putting an end to late-stage cancer diagnoses.
The full set was as follows:
1. Rise Inside
2. Fixation on the Darkness
3. Reckoning
4. The New Awakening
5. Just Barely Breathing
6. Take This Oath
7. Prelude
8. In the Unblind
9. Temple from the Within
10. The Element of One
11. Turning Point
12. This Is Absolution
13. Life to Lifeless
14. My Curse
15. The End of Heartache
16. In Due Time
