Roadrunner has announced that Killswitch Engage are auctioning off guitars and basses in order to help out a friend who’s been diagnosed with cancer. You can bid on Adam Dutkiewicz‘s Caparison PLM-3 guitar (they don’t make these anymore); Mike D’Antonio‘s Ibanez MDB2 bass; and/or Joel Stroetzel‘s Caparison 7FX guitar. These are used instruments – the guys have actually been playing them on tour, with Killswitch and/or Times of Grace, the last few years – and will be signed/personalized. You’ll also get a swag bundle from Caparison Guitars, a Killswitch Engage T-shirt and hoodie, and a poster signed by all five members of the band! These auctions end Tuesday, November 13, so bid now!
