NYHC icons SICK OF IT ALL have shot and released the first video from their latest album, “Last Act Of Defiance”, that was released last month via Century Media Records. The band has the following to say about “Road Less Traveled”: “We are very excited to premiere the first video from our new album ‘Last Act Of Defiance.” In ‘Road Less Traveled,’ we talk about our journey in music & life. There’s no better way to celebrate this journey than with a bunch of family & friends and to shoot a fun video that documents yet another day for us 4 guys being blessed to be part of a great scene. Drew Stone came out of retirement, stepped it up and directed the video, which captured the true essence behind us as a band. We hope you all enjoy it as much as we do! Hardcore is our life!!!”

The video was directed by documentary filmmaker Drew Stone (xxx All Ages xxx The Boston Hardcore Film, “Who The Fuck Is That Guy”? The Fabulous Journey Of Michael Alago) for Stone Films NYC.

“It’s a real throwback to the golden age of music videos,” said Stone. “The video is shot in one take with no camera movement; everything happens right into the camera lens. SICK OF IT ALL is one of the rare hardcore bands who are confident with their place in history and actually have a sense of humor. It was a real honor and pleasure to work with them.”

NYHC icons SICK OF IT ALL have released a Track-by-Track video description of each song on the new album ‘Last Act of Defiance’, out today via Century Media, watch it on Noisey/VICE at this location. Check out Craig and Armand break down all the lyrics and music to the album, which hits stores today.

The recently released a teaser track, “Get Bronx” and can be heard HERE.

The band had this to say about “Get Bronx.”

“GET BRONX is a term we came up with and use amongst a group of our friends in the NYHC scene. It is used to describe the point that is passed push coming to shove, when you go all out. Musically the song is a hybrid throwback fusing some early punk type chord changes with a late 80’s NYHC style groove. The ending clearly Black Sabbath influenced and well… Geezer rules!”

SICK OF IT ALL have announced their US tour dates today! Check out the itinerary below. The band has also teamed up with New Noise Magazine to bring you another song from LAST ACT OF DEFIANCE which will hit stores next Tuesday. The band had this to say about “Get Bronx.”

New York Hardcore legends SICK OF IT ALL have launched a new lyric video for the song “DNC” via Invisible Oranges. To understand the full meaning of the song that comes with the addition “DNC (Do Not Comply)” to the title, click HERE.

After playing a run of (festival) dates in Europe during the past summer SICK OF IT ALL will headline the 2015 edition of the EMP Persistence Tour which will be the perfect setting to present LAST ACT OF DEFIANCE live. Before that they will do two shows in the U.S.

November 8th – Fun Fun Fun Fest – Austin, TX

LAST ACT OF DEFIANCE is set for a release, via Century Media Records, on the following dates:
