The night started with special guest: Sons Of Seasons the progressive symphonic metal band from Germany, their appearance was a mix of their older songs from their previous album ‘Gods Of Vermin’ and new songs of their new album called ‘Magnispyricon’ the metal public really enjoyed of this mix. When they started to play the first song the German metal heads and the crowd immediately started to head bang, Henning Basse even learned how to say Thank you in Dutch…

When the gig was over we all had to wait for the main act called ‘MaYan’ the collaborative project of Mark Janssen. Some great names appear on stage like ex After Forever members Jack Driessen and Sander Gommans, Symmetry’s Frank Schiphorst, Ariën van Weesenbeek, Mark Janssen and Isaac Delahaye from Epica. And Jeroen Paul Thesseling from Pestilence made MaYan complete.

Even Sons Of Seasons singer Henning Basse joined MaYaN on stage with some songs and the fans reacted very positively when Henning joined them live on stage. Even one of the biggest opera singers in Italy: Lauri Macri joined MaYan, the concert was a mix between the beautiful voice of Lauri Macri the grunge from Mark Janssen and the awesome voice of Henning Basse Sons Of Seasons singer. They played several songs the crowd kept head banging till the end of the concert.
