After the debut album “Days of Convergence”, well received by fans and press, now MYR is back, releasing a new video for “Pompeii”, Bastille’s cover, check it out below. An interesting song’s remake, which has been totally changed in the harmonic structure to support the band’s typical sound. Furthermore MYR has started the recording sessions for their second album, which will be out in the second half of 2015.

“An ambitious choice, that’s for sure” says the frontman Enrico Giannacco. “The song is totally different from the original one and we had so much fun to turn upside down a song so far from our genre. We like to experiment and when we decided to test ourselves with a cover, it could only go this way. For us “Pompeii” is an important passage from “Days of Convergence” to the next album, which we started to record.”
