Swedish pro metal legends OPETH will be heading to Japan
in February 2012. They’ll be playing on the 16th at Akaso in Osaka, 17th at Club Quattro in Nagoya and 18th at Studio Coast in Tokyo. Upcoming Opeth tour dates can be found this location.

Opeth‘s latest studio album, Heritage, is a major departure for the band, leaving behind the death growls and savagely heavy riffing that have been among their sonic trademarks for most of their career, in favor of a more complex, rhythmically supple and progressive sound. This has left many fans somewhat surprised and confused. Well, frontman Mikael Åkerfeldt is here to explain it all for you.
