RISING STATE Project has released their first single ‘Portrait Of A Despot’. Captained by bassist Luiz Mário Moraes who surrounded himself with great names of Brazilian Metal, Cassio Canto (In Torment, drums), Leo Nunes (Scelerata/Luis Kalil, guitar) and Robson Lacerda (vocals), RISING STATE seek to make music that explore from the heaviest and most visceral aspects to the most dense and contemplative melodies.
