RAGEHAMMER

Polish metal wolfpack RAGEHAMMER have completed work on their highly anticipated second full-length album.

After 4 years of studio inactivity since their critically acclaimed debut “The Hammer Doctrine” and a year-long live hiatus, the band returns with the same line-up to once again spit with scorn at the trend-ridden scene, where aesthetics took over ethics.

In other words, they return to do what they are best at: preaching pure hatred and hammering out their blackened thrash straight into the face.

The new album will be released by Pagan Records later this year, more details will follow soon.

Ragehammer will join Vader, Marduk and Fallcie on the “Blitz MMXX” tour across Poland in September:

METALMANIA Announce KAT & ROMAN KOSTRZEWSKI And RAGEHAMMER To 2018 Line-Up

Metalmania, the biggest indoor metal festival in Eastern Europe returns to Spodek Hall (Katowice, Poland) on 7th April 2018. The 24th edition of this iconic festival will be headlined by Emperor! KAT & ROMAN KOSTRZEWSKI and RAGEHAMMER have just been added to the lineup. Krzysztof “Prosiak” Owedyk, the author of the cult comic book “Będziesz się smażyć w piekle” is another special guest of the festival.

Official poster of the festival was created by Zbigniew M. Bielak, one of the most respected contemporary artists on the stage, visionary graphic artist and illustrator, an artist who in recent years has revolutionized the approach to the art graphics on the metal scene. Bielak is the author of cover artworks for albums of such metal bands as Ghost, Watain, Mayhem, Vader, or Paradise Lost to name a few.

RAGEHAMMER To Release Limited Debut Album Cassette Edition

Poland’s unmerciful black-thrash attack, RAGEHAMMER, are releasing their debut album “The Hammer Doctrine” later this month. Limited to 100 copies, the pro cassette edition will be specially released via Godz Ov War Productions on 23.09.2016. Graphic design and layout was completed by Robert A. von Ritter Illustrations (Outre, Bloodthirst, In Twilight’s Embrace) & Kontamination Design (Blaze of Perdition, Bloodthirst, Voidhanger, etc.).

“The Hammer Doctrine“ was recorded during the end of 2015 at No Solace Studio and was mixed and mastered by M. of Mgła fame. The debut album was initially released on CD via Pagan Records in April 2016. The full-length consists of eight original tracks along with a cover of “Spotkanie z Diabłem” (translates to: “Meeting with the Devil”) by a Polish rock legend Krzysztof Klenczon i Trzy Korony. This is unrelenting, raw and hateful metal in its most primitive form. Quoting the band, the album was created “with cold hatred of the modern world and contempt for the values of love and humanity“.
