Soundsrock Agency is proud to announce the signing of great REASONS BEHIND to their roster!

Founded in 2010 by guitarist and sogwriter Gabriele Sapori, REASONS BEHIND evolved from a symphonic metal band with electronic influences to a more synth-oriented sound. Crystal clear, powerful voice of Elisa Bonafè dances between catchy and enthralling melodies, combined with both modern swedish metal and metalcore riffing (thanks to bass player Michele Cavalca and Andrea Gambini’s drumming) and immersed in a trance/dubstep/eurodance atmosphere.

Their meaningful lyrics depict all the facets of human existance through real novels, guiding the listener through a journey weaved from a stream of images and tunes. The band released so far a debut EP and three full length albums, the last two of which (Project: M.I.S.T. and Architecture Of An Ego) under the famous label Scarlet Records.

REASONS BEHIND have released a video for ‘The Flame Inside’, third single taken from the new album ‘Architecture of an Ego’ to be released on May 26th, via Scarlet Records.

‘Architecture of an Ego’ takes a step deeper into the imaginative Reason Behind EDM-metal universe: a new musical & visual chapter where trance vibes enhance the heavy rhythms and catchy pop melodies. 

The final result is a thrilling journey where fast songs alternate with mid-tempos and heartbreaking ballads; the silky voice of Elisa Bonafè always fits perfectly, dancing between powerful chorus and soft emotional parts. 

Reasons Behind masterfully narrate a true dystopian short novel – conceived once again by the band leader, songwriter and guitarist Gabriele Sapori – about human relationships; an entertaining story that will truly come alive on stage through a flashy neon lights show.

Female fronted EDM Metallers REASONS BEHIND have released a video for the song ‘Binary Stars’, the first single taken from their new album ‘Project: M.I.S.T.’, out on August 21st, via Scarlet Records.

This is how the band commented: “‘Binary Stars’ is the first single from the forthcoming album, so we tried our best to enact at least a part of the concept, the futuristic scenario and the contrast between reality and perception, keeping a fast paced rhythm to match the song.”

‘Project: M.I.S.T.’ is a concept album about life and reality, a story that unfolds through 11 compelling tracks illustrated by the evocative artwork of Gustavo Sazes (Amaranthe, Epica, Angra, Arch Enemy). The album was mixed and mastered by Giuseppe “Dualized” Bassi (Fear Factory, Mnemic) and the first edition will be available in a 6-panel digipack format.
