The Bay Strikes Back tour consists of three prominent Bay Area thrash bands and features three killer bass players. This show is about these three guys; what they brought for the tour as far as bass guitars, amps, their individual techniques and what they do during the tour. It’s a show for bass players, made by bass players, about being a bass player. Nozin’ aroun’ and a good look into how each product benefits each bassist and the importance to his performance. Yes, it’s very tech-nerdy, but not overly serious. Also featuring cameos from the other band members & crew guys.

After participating on the first album “The Four Seasons”, the Fretless Guru STEVE DI GIORGIO (Testament, Gone in April, Quadvium) joins the Vivaldi Metal Project again for the second album, currently in production.
As with Vivaldi Metal Project’s previous release, the new album will showcase many incredible instrumentalists, vocalists, choirs, and orchestras from all across the globe. Some of the artists announced so far include such sensations as Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater, Sons of Apollo), Dirk Verbeuren (Megadeth), Mike Terrana, Rolf Pilve (Stratovarius), Gerit Lamm (Xandria), Nick Z Marino (Y. Malmsteen), Melissa Ferlaak (ex-Visions of Atlantic), Roberto De Micheli (Rhapsody of Fire) and many others.
Steve Di Giorgio recorded on the same track together with Mike Portnoy, an arrangement based on the legendary “New World Symphony” by Dvorak, arranged by Frank Caruso.

As earlier revealed last month, also talented Dutch fusion-metal drummer Yuma van Eekelen (OUR OCEANS, EXIVIOUS, PESTILENCE) joined the group as permanent member.
‘When we listened Raphael’s recordings we felt convinced he could be of great value for our group. Besides his high playing level he’s also a great match regarding the musical directions we have in mind. Furthermore, Raphael plays guitar synth which will underline the fusion-metal oriented character of QUADVIUM’
In addition, TESTAMENT will release their upcoming album in 2020. Also OUR OCEANS who just finished studio recordings expect to release their second album next year. SALAZH TRIO released their debut album ‘Circulations’ in 2017.
