Prior to returning to Europe in November/December, HIGH ON FIRE presents an epic, animated video for “The Black Plot”. Directed by visionary art freak, Skinner (Mastodon) and visual effects team, Hey Beautiful Jerk (Run the Jewels, NIN), “The Black Plot” video is a visual tour de force and a wild, psychedelic fantasy epic. “The Black Plot” is taken from HIGH ON FIRE‘s latest album, “Luminiferous”, which was released in Europe via Century Media in 2015.

Power trio HIGH ON FIRE will release its highly-anticipated new album, Luminiferous, on June 22 via Century Media in Europe. Recorded at Salem, Massachusetts’ GodCity Studios with producer Kurt Ballou, the record is the follow-up to the group’s 2012 release, De Vermis Mysteriis, an album hailed as “not for the faint of heart” by The New Yorker and “a fantastically constructed bloodbath” by Entertainment Weekly. Today, Rolling Stone premieres the first new music from Luminiferous, rolling out the new HIGH ON FIRE song, ‘The Black Plot’.
