The obesity of Mr. Creosote and the dementialism of Cheesy Song isn’t enough? Or simply you have a dark taste? Don’t worry, here we have the macabre video of Englewood’s Hotel!

“Englewood’s Hotel” it’s the most theatral and progressive song of THE CYON PROJECT, usually dedicated to a Stoner Metal with many Progressive and symphonic influences.

And furthermore THE CYON PROJECT announces a little pause, but will resume its activity as soon as possible!

After the success of the first single “Mr. Creosote” (over 20.000 visuals!), THE CYON PROJECT are ready to reveal a big news:

“Cheesy Song” is the second single of the italian Stoner/Alternative/Progressive band, extracted from the debut album “Tales of Pain”, released in January by Pavement Entertainment.

“Cheesy Song” (as the name says) is a funny, powerful and rousing song with an humorous video; so, if you are searching for something funny and you like bands as Queens of the Stone Age, Foo Fighters and Red Fang, you’re in the right place.

THE CYON PROJECT has teamed up with Metal Shock Finland, to premiere exclusively for Scandinavia the official video “Cheesy Song”, check it out below:

Italian Metal/Stoner/Rock band THE CYON PROJECT has published the official live video “Mr. Creosote”, extracted from “Tales of Pain”, released on January 2015 via Pavement Entertainment. Followed up by the success (more then 30.000 visuals!), the band has decided now to publish a live version of the song, recorded at ‘Boom! 360° Art Fest’, check it out below:

Italian Stoner/Metal/Rock band THE CYON PROJECT has revealed the coverart and tracklist of the debut album “Tales of Pain”, to be released on January 27th via Pavement Entertainment.

The coverart (see above) was designed by the italian artist Masss Petrone: the cover album shows the representation of each song on the disc. Here an interesting article about the story behind it.

THE CYON PROJECT debut album “Tales of Pain” is set to be released on January 27th, via Pavement Entertainment. The album will be distribuited by Sony-RED and PHD.

THE CYON PROJECT‘s music is groovy and powerful, their Metal/Stoner/Rock reminds a lot bands like QOTSA, Red Fang and Foo Fighters. On February the band will tour in the UK to promote “Tales of Pain”.

After the two self-released singles (“Gears” and “React”, which have gained a great success), Italy, Torino based THE CYON PROJECT, active since 2009, have signed with the American Pavement Entertainment for the release of the debut album “Tales of Pain”, produced, mixed and mastered by Salvatore Addeo of Aemme Studio Recordings.

The Cyon Project play an interesting mix between Metal/Stoner/Rock with an Alternative vein and symphonic inserts, far from the common Metal stereotypes. Listen to “Mr. Creosote”, extracted from “Tales of Pain” below:

The band will tour the UK before the album’s release (2015) and will continue on through Europe and to North America to promote the album.
