French black metal cult HEGEMON are streaming their new album ‘The Hierarch’ at the official HEGEMON Bandcamp page.
Regarding the album, the band comments: “We, HEGEMON, present to you ‘The Hierarch’ as the climax of our work throughout the last 20 years. With it, we are describing mankind’s perception of reality from the first spark of light in this universe to the predictable ending of everything. ‘The Hierarch’ represents what humanity believes to know… which in truth is nothing! We all have always been living with lies and so it will be until the last star will extinguish. Hate and violence are all we brought to this world and as our perception of cosmos, chaos and order are only interpretations through our own eyes, we are in reality blind. We are wrong. And we are condemned.”
‘The Hierarch’, the band’s first new album in 7 years will be released by Season of Mist on November 13 worldwide across multiple CD and LP formats. ‘The Hierarch’ is available for pre-order here.
