Take rumoured past/present members of bands like ELECTRIC FRANKENSTEIN, CHRISTIAN DEATH, SLAP OF REALITY, GENOCIDE and SHADOW PROJECT, add a powerful dose of REAL old school punk a la BLACK FLAG, DESCENDANTS, BAD BRAINS, MISFITS etc., and you have Fists Of Fury, the new album by THE KUNG FU KILLERS.

The long-awaited follow-up to The Kung Fu Killers’ critically acclaimed EP Game Of Death (TKO Records), Fists Of Fury marks the band’s first full-length release. Fists Of Fury – which also includes all six songs from Game Of Death as bonus material – is the first release on Electric Frankenstein Records, the new label operated by Electric Frankenstein founder Sal Canzonieri.

In addition to 14 original songs, Fists Of Fury includes intense covers of Bad Brains’ ‘The Big Takeover’, THE ADOLESCENTS’ ‘The Wrecking Crew’,” THE MONROES’ ‘What Do All The People Know’, Black Flag’s ‘Room 13’ and The Misfits’ ‘I Turned Into A Martian’.

The Kung Fu Killers’ previous effort, Game Of Death, received rave reviews from the punk/hardcore community, with Razorcake going as far as calling the EP “some of the most gawddamn ass-kicking, riot-inciting punkrock rebelliousness to rear its ugly, unruly head in an extremely long time.”

The Kung Fu Killers’ mystery men include Yung Main-iac (vocals), Jo Mah Ma Main-iac (backing vocals), Chow Main-iac (lead guitar), Lo Main-iac (guitar), General Tzo-What (bass) and Hung Lo (drums). In addition to these shadowy figures from the above-mentioned bands, past/present members of THE UNDEAD, PIGFACE and EFFECTIONHATE are rumored to have appeared as guest members of the band at past live shows – events noted for their frenetic atmosphere and intense audience reactions.
