KORPIKLAANI are set to release their ninth full length studio album Noita, on May 1st (Europe) and May 4th (N. America) via Nuclear Blast. Today, the first track-by-track video which breaks down the songs from their upcoming album Noita, has been made available. Noita is the first KORPIKLAANI release to feature new accordion player Sami Perttula. Perttula’s joining the band has added another dimension in the band’s folk arrangements alongside Fiddler Tuomas Rounakari. The album was recorded at Petrax Studios with musician and producer Aksu Hanttu. Jan Yrlund (MANOWAR, SIRENIA etc), of Darkgrove Design, created the artwork.
