Earlier this year, Wold revealed during an interview with Metal Shock Finland that they have a new product on the market: Wolf’s Blood Hot Sauce.
This hot sauce is made in Costa Rica and is a combination of the world’s hottest known chilli pepper, Naga Jolokia, with pepper extract and ranges at an incredible 666,000 Scoville units. It can be purchased here.
The band commented: “We are working on some fun stuff that we can’t talk about yet, but we do have a hot sauce coming out called Wolf’s Blood. It makes you howl, don’t drink it!!”

WOLF last year parted ways with guitarist Johannes “Axeman” Losbäck and replaced him with Simon Johansson (ABSTRAKT ALGEBRA, BIBLEBLACK, MEMORY GARDEN). Simon previously played with WOLF in 2009 when they supported W.A.S.P. for four shows.
WOLF‘s sixth album, “Legions Of Bastards”, was released in April 2011 via Century Media Records. The follow-up to 2009’s “Ravenous” was produced by Pelle Saether at Studio Underground in Vasterås, Sweden. The cover artwork was once again created by Thomas Holm (the man who was responsible for the legendary MERCYFUL FATE “Melissa” and “Don’t Break The Oath” covers).

Swedish metallers WOLF recently made their first appearance in India, headlining the Harley Rock Riders Festival, organised by Harley Davidson Motorcycles and Rolling Stone India magazine. The show took place in Bangalore and was free to all.
Several Indian bands played there including horror metal band ALBATROSS. Niklas Stalvind, vocalist and guitarist with WOLF made an appearance on stage with the Mumbai metallers. He joined them for the song he contributed his vocals to, on the latest ALBATROSS EP release: “The Kissing Flies“, named “Uncle Sunny At The Tavern.”
WOLF released their sixth album “Legions Of Bastards” in 2011 and will soon be working on their next one, aiming for release later in 2013.
