Jyväskylä, Finland based progressive metal band CONSTANTINE has released the first single from their new album coming Fall 2013. The single goes under the name “World Undefined”.
Janne Seppänen, a guitarist for the band comments the track as follows: ”World Undefined is a steam train on speed or an ADHD-dude on a caffeine overdose. The song is built on crushing riffs and immensely catchy vocal melodies. Without a doubt, it’s the heaviest song we have ever put out. According to the teachings of the Finnish ice hockey legend Timo Jutila, it goes forward.”
Constantine also released the first music video ever shot with Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone.

Seppänen continues:
“We wanted to stay away from sterile and boring modern music videos that just about every other band release these days. We wanted to fill it with symbolism and details that can be interpreted in many ways, just like the whole album has been built to be interpreted. By shooting the video with a new smartphone we did something that no one has done before and brought the whole thing much closer to our audience, because basically anyone could pull off a similar project by using resources they already have with limitless creativity and artistic vision.”
Rewarded in the Finnish Metal Awards as Newcomer of the Year 2011 with their debut album “Divine Design”, Constantine has “gone forward” at gigs, in the studio as well as in the tabloids.
