Wormholedeath proudly announces the imminent launch of its new sub-label, Static Motion Audio — a strategic evolution designed to further strengthen the label’s artist development vision and optimize long-term growth.
The creation of Static Motion Audio marks a clear structural distinction within the Wormholedeath ecosystem. While Wormholedeath will continue to focus on artists who have already released albums — whether with the label itself or with other record companies — Static Motion Audio will be entirely dedicated to debut albums.
This division allows both entities to operate with sharper focus and increased efficiency, ensuring that each artist receives the most tailored and effective support possible. By separating emerging debuts from established trajectories, the organization reinforces its commitment to sustainable career building and long-term artistic development.
The name Static Motion Audio originates from an oxymoron — one of the most fascinating and evocative figures of speech in the Italian language. The concept embodies a powerful tension: stillness and movement coexisting in the same moment. It reflects the very essence of artistic creation — a snapshot of energy suspended in time, yet constantly evolving.
“Launching Static Motion Audio represents a natural evolution for us,” says Carlo Bellotti, Founder of Wormholedeath. “Over the years, we’ve worked with both debuting artists and established bands at different stages of their careers. By creating a dedicated structure for first albums, we can provide more focused attention, stronger development strategies, and clearer positioning from day one. Static Motion is about capturing that initial spark — that moment where everything begins — and giving it the right momentum.”
With this new imprint, Wormholedeath strengthens its international presence while reaffirming its mission: combining artistic integrity, professional management, and strategic global distribution to maximize each release’s potential. Where stillness ignites movement.

Every aspect of the album, from its evocative artwork by the talented Terence McCann of Blackdog Graphic Design to the captivating photography of Kathleen Curran, has been woven together with precision and passion. Ren Marabou himself has masterfully orchestrated the recording, mixing, and mastering of all tracks at Skåld Studios, ensuring that each note resonates with the spirit of the Norse legends.
The album ‘Helgafjell’ features an epic tracklist that reads like a saga:

Female Voices Fest, set to be held on May 9th, is the first Sardinian Festival dedicated to female voices in metal bands and in similar genres. The idea was born by Ilaria Falchi, singer of Lightless Moor, gothic doom metal band from Cagliari. The aim of the festival is to promote in Sardinia female fronted bands that in the underground local metal scene have not much visibility. It’s the place where female singers can freely express themselves and their art and create new projects and new collaborations. The 3 keywords behind the philosophy of the festival are: collaboration, spontaneity and sustainability.
The First edition of the Festival was in 8th November 2014 with 4 local bands that shared the stage with strenght and energy. This year it will take place on 9th May at CuevaRock Live (Quartucciu-CA).
Headliners of this year edition will be Temperance (Novara-Italy), with their modern melodic metal, openers for Within Temptation on last June at Alcatraz (Milan) and back from their USA tour. In April they will release their second album “Limitless” via Scarlet Records. The other guest band will be Fatal Cliché, power symphonic metal from Rome, born in 2011 that will present their EP out in November 2013.
First to tread the stage will be 2 local bands. The openers will be Worn Out, alternative band from Cagliari, that released their first full lenght “Spleen” on last December. Then Lightless Moor, host of the Fest, will play their “Crying My Grief To A Feeble Dawn – The Poem”, full lenght out in September 2013 via WormHoleDeath.
During the show there will be artisans that will expose their handmade creations.
Lot of sponsors and media have already given their support and many more are joining in these days. The definitive list of partnerships and more details as the ticket price and the timetable will be announced soon.

The WormholeDeath crew have really taken us under their wings, giving our album all the attention and recognition it deserves. It’s an honor to join forces with WormHoleDeath, and we feel we have found good partners who are as passionate about ROT as we are! We put our hearts and souls into the writing and recording of this album over the course of last year. The album is bigger, heavier, and more ferocious than we ever could imagine at the start of the writing process. It is our best work by far, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone. Stay tuned for more updates. Yours, True Panzer Division Sanctrum”
Worm stated:
“When I got Irfan’s email I thought: Uppsala / Sweden … Ok then, let me check this out right now. After that, I just remember that I saw red. When I regained consciuosness in an ambulance my office mates told me how it went.
Minute 1: the whole office was cold and dark…Minute 3: the whole office was devastated by black winds of destruction and nordic storms…Minute 10: My ears started bleeding and I felt like desperate … Minute 20: I lost
consciousness … Dragonslayer began and I felt that my soul was departing from my body…Minute 25: Swat broke through the door to save us from the blast … Minute 30: An hestatic state of coma arrived … End of record:
The deal offer was ready and a superior infernal force ordered me to send it to the band immediately.
Ok then, jokes apart… I am absolutely proud to announce the signing of this band as I just feel that this record is a great opportunity of growth for our label.
“ROT” is ferocious and pays tribute to no-one. “ROT” simply stands out for its tuneful brutality and the tracks clearly exude with the band’s attitude and conviction.
SANCTRUM is a force of nature leaving you breathless, gasping for air…It’s like when the sky is low and you gather up its harm and gods with grateful arms.”
Swiss Progressive Death-Djent combo MYCELIA has signed a worldwide deal with Wormholedeath for the production and release of their new album which will be produced by Wahoomi Corvi at Realsound studio during March 2015. The band is ready to record 11 brand new tracks as new album’s songwriting process is now completed.
About the band:
Marc Trummer – Drums
Mike Schmid – Guitars
Marc Fürer – Vocals
Mycelia was founded in 2010 by members Mike Schmid and Marc Trummer who were trying to face the challenge of writing songs, not only way above the musical level of what they were used to play in former bands, but also by using influences from various musical genres and combining them to something fresh, original and yet beautiful. Inspired by artists such as The Human Abstract, Meshuggah or The Dillinger Escape Plan, Mike and Marc quickly put together a few songs, and were searching for musicians to play the second guitar, bass and vocals. It didn’t take long until they found Patrick Küng, Roy Sonderegger and Marc Fürer with whom they recorded their first songs and played the first concerts with great bands such as Carnifex, Veil of Maya, Suffokate and Maroon.
After releasing two online demo EP’s, and a major step back when Patrick the second guitarist left them in early 2012, the band started working on their first album “Isolator”. Containing six songs, which were all recorded, mixed and mastered by the band itself, the album quickly made its way across the internet, and the limited copies of 100 pieces were soon sold out. Motivated by all the positive feedback Mycelia started writing songs again, intending to soon release a second album. In Jocke Skog, guitarist of Clawfinger and co-producer of After the Burial’s “In Dreams” album, they found the producer they needed and in a collaboration of two months with Jocke, Mycelia finished their album “NOVA” and released it in early 2013.
Recently bass player Roy left the band and they are already auditoning musicians to take over the task. The three guys of Mycelia are now spending their time playing concerts, increasing their musical repertoire, and apart from countless hours working on their skills, songs, sounds and selfmade productions, they’re keeping the joy in music and share a close friendship which they hope can inspire their audience in the best possible way.
The band stated:
“Mycelia has always been a self-providing band and after five years of doing recordings, management, booking and promotion by ourselves we almost couldn’t imagine anymore to let someone else do that for us. When Carlo from WormHoleDeath made us the offer to become part of his family we were skeptical but nonetheless wanted to get to know the guys and travelled to Parma, Italy. Now after signing the contract, spending several months in collaboration with him and the guys of RealSound Studio, and soon recording and releasing our first signed album we couldn’t be happier having taken this step! It’s a pleasure and an honor having gotten to know these guys and being able to call them our friends!”
Worm stated:
“when I got to know these swiss guys I thought that signing them was going to be such a good move for our label, but this is story already, because when they came back to me with the new tracks I fell in love with their music and attitude so deeply that I left the professional approach behind to discover something new … Something like being so proud to belong to a project that much to feel lucky. Yes, I am talking about a lucky strike here, since these guys left unsigned were going to be on a big label in a few years. For the first time I felt the feeling of being completely captured by every sigle song and single word said by the guys. Honestly it is not usual to find such adavanced technique in Europe since we are used to see these champions located in the US. Finally we have a band here which will be able to “defy” these american monsters. The name is Mycelia. Remeber my words, I may sound exceeding I know, but after having listened to their new album, I am sure, we’ll talk again about this matter.”
Wormholedeath/Aural Music Group has announced the signing of worldwide deal with Swiss Metallers INVISIBLE MIRROR, to release their new album ‘On the Edge of Tomorrow’, set to be unleashed during 2015. RealSound Studio will be in charge for the recording and Production. The band (on tour from december with ~ Six feet under ~) is in fact currently in studio for the recordings with the producer Wahoomi Corvi.
Comments Wormholedeath: We’re also proud to mention that the band received a great support during the songwriting process by Daniel Loeble from the mighty power metal band Helloween and Connie Andreszka of Mystic Prophecy. Special thanx from Wormholedeath A&R goes to Rico and 36zwei entertainment.
