Finnish Children Of Bodom recently shot a video for a new song, “Was It Worth It?”, from their forthcoming 7th studio album. Directing the clip was Dale “Rage” Resteghini, who has
helmed over 550 music videos since 2003, including clips for such metal bands as Mudvayne, Hatebreed, Anthrax and Shadows Fall.
Children Of Bodom as-yet-untitled new CD (for an early 2011 release) is being directed by famed rock producer Matt Hyde, who has previously worked with Slayer and Monster Magnet, among others.
“We’re very excited to let everyone hear what we’re creating with this new record,” said the band in a statement. “Everything you love about Children of Bodom has been magnified tenfold and we’re pushing ourselves harder than ever before. Expect nothing less than the perfect storm!”
