“I will be bringing the same amazing band that played on my Vibrato album to do three live shows in Japan this coming January 2013.
Thomas Lang on drums, Kelly LeMieux on bass, Emi Gilbert on keyboards, Paul Gilbert (me) on guitar.
They’ll be lots of playing, lots of singing, and lots of songs from the new Vibrato album and many more surprises.

Music Theories Recordings, a division of Mascot Label Group, is pleased to announce the October 15th UK release of PAUL GILBERT’s 12th solo album Vibrato. The album includes four new guitar and vocal compositions, four instrumentals, and three live cover songs from Gilbert’s 2010 Fuzz tour including YES’ Roundabout, MUDDY WATERS’ I Want To Be Loved and AC/DC’s Go Down.
According to Gilbert, “along with my new solo album Vibrato, I made a new guitar instructional DVD to explain the guitar playing on the album. You can order it now at CD Japan here.”

The album release follows Gilbert’s appearance at the Marshall Amplification’s 50 Years of Loud concert at London Wembley Arena on Saturday, September 22nd. The concert celebrates 50 years of Marshall Amplification’s musical innovation and the life of the late Jim Marshall, and also featues JOE SATRIANI, ZAKK WYLDE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, and many more name guitarists.
