Swedish guitar virtuoso Yngwie Malmsteen has donated a guitar to the city of Bolgna in Italy, while he was appearing there for the Music Italy Show.

The mayor of Bologna was present to accept this honour, together with the President of BolognaFiere. Multiple local authorities from the Emilia Romagna Region and Province and City of Bologna were also in the audience. When asked how he felt about headlining the Music Italy show and now the donation to the City Of Bologna Yngwie responded “This is huge honour for me…”
