‘As The Crow Flies’ is taken from the debut Newsted album, “Heavy Metal Music”, out now on Spinefarm Records.
Since parting ways with Metallica, Jason Newsted has lent his signature skills to a selection of artists, including Voivod and Ozzy Osbourne, but ‘As The Crow Flies’ (complete with brand new video, below) is very much his own work.
As the blurb says: “The groove is immense, and the vocals are his, too. Heavy metal music, indeed!”
