Metal Shock Finland (World Assault )

UK’s extreme Metal Masters VENOM Inc. recently turned back home from their extended European “Iron And Steel Tour 2015”, together with the Polish death metal icons VADER, UK thrash metallers DIVINE CHAOS and France’s WITCHES.  Tony “Demolition” Dolan, released their tour blog throughout the whole tour, in video clips, pictures and messages, daily (or as often as possible), exclusively with Metal Shock Finland.

Once the “Iron And Steel Tour 2015” arrived in Brno (CZ), Metal Shock Finland received a short message from Tony, saying that “the tour ends after tonight’s show”, 3 days prior to the scheduled tour trek. What happened and why? Check out Tony’s 3 part message, below.

Tarja and Metal Shock Finland want to thank VENOM INC. for this awesome chance to document their tour:

“We all know, or should know, that a tour like this asks a lot, from everybody involved, and for sure nearly always something unexpected comes up, which has to be sorted in a very limited time… however, what the fans normally see, is just their beloved band/s on stage and on meet & greets… but what they may not know, is the extreme hard work, long hours during the transfers, not enough sleep, cold weather, rain versus hot venues – causing illness etc. However, VENOM INC showed up for each show, no matter what, thinking only of their commitment and devotion towards their fans.

This tour-blog wanted to unveil, at least partly, what happens behind the scenes, around and between the shows. And I honestly think, Tony’s tour-blogs tell everything in a very honest way, with an aching body and a throat on fire, due to a heavy cold, without forgetting that in VENOM INC there were also polemics and pressures of the past. …and then, when suddenly the information came in that the last 3 tour shows were cancelled, this disappointed fans and friends. But also enemies started to ask questions (on a positive note) or/and started to spread bullshit and personal guesses, to draw conclusions on what really happened, and why…

So, after seeing Tony’s “final tour-blog” I do hope that we can bury all these polemics and concentrate on the most important things and facts… i.e. what will happen next in the VENOM INC -camp? That’s a whole other story, and who knows, maybe another blog on Metal Shock Finland? 😉
