KING DIAMOND have announced the cancellation of tonight’s Tulsa show, due to King‘s acute bout of laryngitis. The band stated:
“We are sorry to have to announce the cancellation of the Tulsa, Oklahoma show.
King is suffering from a severe case of acute laryngitis. He was examined by a doctor this afternoon, and during the exam an anesthetic was used together with a laryngoscope. Not long after that, he had an extreme sensitivity reaction to the anesthetic no one had a chance to foresee, which he is still recovering from.
For ticket refunds, please contact your place of purchase.”
KING DIAMOND have been performing the classic 1987 album “Abigail” in its entirety on their tour of North America, which began on October 29th and runs through to December 5th, along with legendary thrash metallers EXODUS as the opening act.
