Austin, Texas-based no good, slack-jawed, redneck metallers CRITICAL ASSEMBLY are fired up to announce the release of a new four-song EP, ‘Critical Assembly’, out today, March 6th, 2020. The record is another blast of the drop-tuned guitars, heavy drumming, and vocal heroics that define the band’s sound and those close to the group believe this new record represents the future of Texas groove metal.
The current lineup of Anthony Stevenson on drums, Donovan Hand on vocals, Matt Olds on bass, and Rob Hicks on rhythm guitar is the strongest in the band’s decade-long history and is more than ready to bring these new tracks to metal fans everywhere.
The new record was recorded and produced by Rob Hicks and Critical Assembly and mastered by Joey Duenas. Everyone involved is confident that this will be a career-making release for Critical Assembly and break them to a much larger audience.
