REBELLION PARTY is the brand new instrumental “concept album” by maestro Gabriele Bellini. Thought, created and realized in the early months of 2021 and released in early summer last year. In continuity with the creative conception that has seen the birth of the various previous albums of his discography, from the first Trilogy (Primo Acustico Shock Elettrico – De Revolutionibus Orbium Celestium – Evolution) to Recreation and Acoustic Spaces, this latest work is the most realistic and musically mature point of arrival of the artist. The choice to use as main instrument (except for the acoustic parts) his vintage Fender Strato has further stimulated both the creative aspect and the desire to get involved, to experiment and evolve beyond certain limits. Even the search for a certain kind of sound to give to the whole album is the result of a multitude of sounds and colors, some from the past and revitalized on this occasion, in a new harmonic and melodic context, driven by the basic elements (guitar-bass-drums). Everything is performed with the purest and rawest naturalness, while keeping alive that dynamic, expressive and communicative essence that characterizes the entire work. Deep reflections, the constant search for new forms of expression, communication, responsiveness and action, the inexhaustible belief/love for beauty, today even more felt as a unique and unmissable opportunity for salvation/rebirth. A record for those who let themselves be carried freely by their emotions. This is what inspired the maestro to create what could truly represent a “perfect soundtrack” for our times.
Let’s get to know Gabriele Bellini better:
Teacher by vocation and guitar teacher for 35 years. Tireless didactic researcher for musical training courses and music therapy. As a musician he has published 24 albums, 11 of which as a soloist and 13 with various bands including Hyaena, Pulse-R, Jam Movie Project, Ritmenia Zoo and Dynamo. In addition to 28 albums made both as an artistic producer and as a collaborator and participant in various projects such as Rai Trade, Andrea “the hyena” Agresti and Compilation. Awards, recognition and a rich press review, confirm a certain type of work always well done and quality. Talent scout and always avid supporter as well as promoter of the underground made in Italy. In the summer of 2014 with Giacomo “Jac” Salani founds the new independent record label (no profit) QuaRock Records that now has 26 albums published.
