
THE STEVE FOGLIA SOCIETY (led by the drummer of The Rainbird / Mike Vescera, Steve Foglia) have released a video for their latest single ‘Don’t kill my desire’. The song is influenced by the hard rock sound of seventies played by bands like Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin. Watch the video below.
The lyrics are a deep reflection on the mechanisms of the mind in the moment of attraction. The song will be part of the band’s upcoming album.

Drummer with a Rock soul, Steve begins playing drums studying with masters Dom Famularo, Roberto Gualdi, Christian Meyer, Gianni Branca, Pier Paolo Ferroni, Andrea Marchesini, Ruggero Pazzaglia and Livio Rebaudo. He becomes the drummer of various bands including the most important Dayan Same (top demo on Metal Shock in 2005) and Jennifer Scream (support band of Hardcore Superstar and Pretty Boy Floyd). In 2011 he released his first solo album “Revenge” with Mike Vescera and Adam Bomb, which will be followed in 2014 by “Steve in Wonderland” with Blaze Bayley of Iron Maiden.
The album is defined by IYEZINE magazine as the best Hard-Rock album of 2014 and is included in an encyclopeid dedicated to Iron Maiden entitled “Outside Iron Maiden” by Erwin Lucas. For years he has dedicated himself to didactic activity teaching in various schools; in 2018 he released his first drum method “Building Drum”.
In 2020 he play with the international artist MIKA at Sanremo Festival.

He is the drummer of THE RAINBIRD (with the American singer Mike Vescera) and THE STEVE FOGLIA SOCIETY and over the years he has collaborated with several musicians including Michele Luppi (Whitesnake) and Dario Mollo (Glenn Hughes).
