Swedish heavy metal titans SABATON and +120 museums around the world have joined hands for the most anticipated museum event of the year, the global premiere of “The War To End All Wars – The Movie”, which kicks off this week.
This unprecedented global premiere falls under SABATON’s “History Rocks” charity project, developed to help museums across the world by boosting their visibility and introducing them to a new, untapped audience of SABATON fans and history buffs.
The band is excited to reveal the final list of participants in this groundbreaking project and express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have contributed to making this unique venture a reality.
Sabaton shared on their Facebook Page:
“Our animated film developed in partnership with Yarnhub will be screened to audiences in 29 territories starting November 4 and ending November 19, and we couldn’t be more excited! We are happy to announce that we have joined forces with +120 museums around the world that are participating in our unprecedented “History Rocks” project. It’s a surreal feeling! We want as many people as possible to be part of this never-been-done-before project. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MUSEUMS, METALHEADS!
P.S. Be sure to contact the museum closest to you directly to get screening dates and times and don’t forget to use the hashtag #SabatonHistoryRocks so we can keep up to date with your experience!”
