Forever Fall is an autumnal prog-metal band from Turku, Finland. Influences from pioneers of the genre are apparent in the band’s writing. Frontwoman Siiri Korpela contrasts and compliments the instrumentation with her crystal clear singing and sharp screamo-vocals. The band’s sound is built on heavy handed drum compositions with catchy hooks and versatile sounds. Responsible for production as usual are Mark Bertényi and Toivo-Olavi Väliviita.
Fire You Started is full of threatening riffs, strong vocal melodies and clever rhythmic hooks. The song is about handling unfamiliar emotions and finding inner peace. The track is a good example of the band’s poetic lyrics and unique compositions.
