Following the release of Talia Hoit’s emotional single “All You Want”, we now get another sneak peek into what’s to come. Her new video single “Again” (digital release: July 24, 2026) stands as one of Talia’s most ambitious visual and musical statements to date. Created in collaboration with J Angel Visuals, the video was brought to life through an intricate production process, with each environment carefully designed and built. The result is a seamless fusion of performance and storytelling, pushing creative boundaries and translating Talia’s original vision into something vivid and otherworldly, where an apocalyptic wasteland filled with existential threats reflects the inner state of the persona that Talia takes on.
The song itself carries a deeply personal origin that went through the poetic filter Talia is known for: Her keen eye for the underlying mechanics behind our daily interactions always helps her find a way to expose just how they never seize to shape us, how they make us human.
In this fashion, “Again” explores the lingering impact of painful experiences and the realization that innocence, once lost, cannot be regained. The lyrics hint at both personal and broader societal interpretations. The single actively invites listeners to connect their own experiences to the music. Especially now where people might feel more lost than ever, it serves as a soft reminder that you are not alone with your feelings and experiences.
“I tend to try to find the more universal experience in things and how to make sense of feelings and experiences with metaphors and poetry,” Talia explains. “Which also makes it possible for listeners to resonate with their own life and their own story and to make sense of their own feelings and experiences and find personal meaning in the music without me.”
“Again” also serves as a defining piece of Talia’s upcoming album, “When The Skies Fall”. The album’s title is drawn directly from the single’s lyrics, underscoring its central role in shaping the record’s emotional and conceptual direction. As a whole, the album reflects a journey through upheaval, transformation, and self-discovery, making “Again” both a cornerstone and a powerful introduction to the world Talia Hoit is about to unveil.

On August 28, 2026, Talia Hoit reveals “When The Skies Fall”, her second full-length solo album and her most emotionally exposed work yet. At its core lies a quiet but profound truth: that beauty is often inseparable from pain, and that every loss carries the echo of something once deeply cherished. The new album weaves together themes of transformation, longing, and existential unrest, capturing the weight of human connection and the moments that reshape us.
Set within a rich symphonic metal soundscape, “When The Skies Fall” invites listeners into a world where certainty dissolves and the familiar begins to break apart. Questions of identity, love, and meaning are confronted head-on, pulled apart, and slowly rebuilt. More than just an album, it becomes a journey through upheaval and growth. It explores what it means to endure, to change, and to find clarity in the aftermath of collapse.

About Talia Hoit
Talia Hoit, a Colorado native, began her journey in music with classical piano lessons at just five years old – an early foundation that continues to shape her artistry today. She has since evolved into a multifaceted musician, writing her own material, performing as both a singer and keyboardist, and crafting orchestral arrangements within the symphonic metal genre.
Over the years, Talia has built a diverse musical résumé. She spent five years as a keyboardist and songwriter for the band AnaDies and has taken on multiple creative roles as the lead vocalist, orchestrator, and co-writer for the symphonic metal band BEYOND FORGIVENESS, while also contributing as a keyboardist for OB NIXILIS.
Talia began with two independently produced home studio albums: “Fate’s Too Small” (2007) and “A Little Longer” (2012). Even if they were recorded just for personal purposes and not publicly available, these laid the groundwork for her first official release that changed the trajectory of her career. In 2019, she recorded the single “Angel” with producer Jarek Musil, which marked the start of her official solo career. The single has since been remastered and marked a turning point, motivating her to put an even stronger focus on her solo work and to professionally produce and release a larger body of her original songs. This led to the release of two additional singles in 2023: “Abandon” and “Whispers in the Storm.” In 2024, she released her first full-length solo album “Oceans”.
Talia’s music reflects her deep-rooted classical background as well as her years of experience in the industry, resulting in polished, expressive compositions. Her sound resonates strongly with fans of symphonic metal and heavier genres, drawing inspiration from bands like Within Temptation, Nightwish, Evanescence, and Visions of Atlantis.
