Lithuanian progressive metal force JUODVARNIS return to the spotlight in a new live video released by KILKIM ŽAIBU, capturing the band’s powerful performance at this year’s festival in Lithuania.
The footage was produced by the KILKIM ŽAIBU festival and has now been premiered on the festival’s official YouTube channel, offering fans a chance to experience one of the standout performances from KILKIM ŽAIBU XXVI.
JUODVARNIS performed on Thursday, June 25, the opening day of the festival, appearing among the main acts on the Pikuolis stage. Their performance happened just before the legendary Swiss industrial black metal veterans SAMAEL took the stage. Playing in front of a huge festival crowd, JUODVARNIS delivered a set centered around material from their latest album, Tėkmės.
The newly released video features “Dvasios Ligos” the opening track of Tėkmės, which was released on January 23, 2026. The song showcases the band’s characteristic blend of progressive metal, blackened intensity and atmospheric, constantly shifting arrangements.
The new video is part of KILKIM ŽAIBU’s own effort to document and share the performances that defined this year’s festival. The professionally produced footage captures both the intensity of JUODVARNIS’ performance and the scale of the audience gathered for the band’s late-evening set.
For JUODVARNIS, the KILKIM ŽAIBU appearance marked one of the first major opportunities to bring Tėkmės to a large festival audience following the album’s release earlier this year.
