Melo Death WINTERFORGE Present New Single ‘From Hell’s Heart’

WINTERFORGE blends the realms of melodic death and black metal, characterized by heavy, low-tuned guitar riffs, powerful vocals, dynamic rhythmic sections, and rich layers of atmospheric melodies, harmonies, and groove.

Originally formed in 2018 as a studio project, the band debuted with the singles “Blakkness” and “In Nomine Bestiæ“. Following the release of their debut full-length album “Hiemal” in April 2024, WINTERFORGE evolved into a full live band. Since then, they have performed at events such as the 4th edition of Opoczno Strikes Again (alongside Deus Mortem) and the 16th edition of Slovakia’s Gothoom Open Air Fest, sharing the stage with bands like Decapitated, Non Est Deus, and Deicide.

Yesterday, September 10, 2026, the band released a new single – “From Hell’s Heart” together with lyric video for the song, made in collaboration with Brazilian filmmaker Iandro Porto of Shaumbra ArtVisuals.

Guitars, bass and synthesizers were recorded at Invictus Republic Studio in Warsaw, Poland; drums were tracked at Sunstorm Studio (Species, Aquilla) in Warsaw, while vocals were recorded at Heinrich House Studio (Corruption, Behemoth, Masachist, Vesania) in Legionowo. The album was mixed and mastered by Filip Hałucha at Heinrich House Studio.

Vocalist Aleksander Halicki about new song: “Lyrics are based on themes from Herman Melville’s “Moby Dick.” The song tackles man’s struggle against unyielding nature, fate, or God; the attempt to comprehend the incomprehensible; the abyss of the human subconscious; and the absolute in which man searches for the meaning of his existence. The main character, Captain Ahab, carries hell within himself, and his mind is consumed by demons of vengeance (hence the title of the track). Another key motif is the Shakespearean quote: “Hell is empty and all the devils are here,” which perfectly describes the situation the characters find themselves in, while serving as a metaphor for humanity as the devil incarnate on Earth.“
