The song explores what power really means and who can truly be considered strong.
At a time when more and more people claim to have the formula for becoming rich, popular and successful, BLOMST questions whether money and status actually say anything about a person’s character.

“The song is about those in society who seemingly have the power and the ‘muscles’ to influence things, but who are actually cowards. It is easy to look strong when you have money, status and influence, but that does not necessarily make you brave.”
The song also carries a criticism of people with enormous resources and opportunities who still choose personal comfort over using their position to create meaningful change.
“Having power and money does not automatically make you brave or kind. When sacrificing your own comfort and wealth could help create a better society, that suddenly becomes a very difficult choice.”
With “Muskelbunt”, BLOMST continues to combine sharp observations with a direct and uncompromising expression. The result is a song that challenges ideas about success, strength and power, reminding us that having muscles does not necessarily mean you are strong.
