A journey into darkness, between pain, loneliness and the search for a new light
The official music video for “Forever Night”, the title track from the new EP by Music From The Dark, is now online. The EP was released on September 16, 2026 via Wanikiya Record/Promotion.
There are songs you listen to. And then there are songs that tell a part of who we are.
“Forever Night” belongs to the second category.
The new Music From The Dark video brings to the screen the full intensity of a song born to explore existential pain, loneliness and the definitive end of a toxic relationship. It is an emotional journey into those dark corners of the human soul where hope seems distant and the only option left is to accept the end.
“An endless search for the final goodbye…
a pain capable of carrying you toward
a new dawn or making you
shipwreck in an eternal night.”
It is precisely this contrast between end and rebirth, despair and hope, darkness and light that represents the essence of “Forever Night.”
The music video becomes a natural extension of the song: images, atmospheres and music merge together, taking the viewer into an intense and unfiltered emotional world.
A NIGHT THAT SEEMS NEVER TO END
“Forever Night” was born from a deep wound.
The song tells the story of the moment when a destructive relationship reaches its point of no return, leaving behind loneliness, pain and a sense of devastation. But precisely when everything seems lost, one question remains:
Will that night truly last forever, or will a new dawn eventually arrive?
Music From The Dark does not attempt to answer this question with easy solutions.
Their music leaves room for emotions, allowing listeners to recognize themselves in their own fears, memories and scars.
MUSIC FROM THE DARK: TURNING DARKNESS INTO MUSIC
Born from the need to transform experiences, emotions and deep states of mind into music, Music From The Dark is a project that makes introspection the core of its artistic identity.
Marco Magnoni, Max Tosi and Mattia Facchini create a sonic universe suspended between dark, alternative, gothic and doom influences, where shadowy atmospheres and evocative melodies become the language through which they express what is often difficult to put into words.
“Forever Night” perfectly represents this philosophy. It is not simply a song about the end.
It is a song about the moment when you have to decide whether to let yourself be swallowed by the darkness or find the strength to walk through it.
