SeeD release Desideri Amari / Bitter Desires, a new single that reaffirms the raw and visceral identity of the Italian power trio, blending grunge, stoner rock and blues influences.
What happens when the dreams of someone we love become a burden too heavy to bear? How much of ourselves are we willing to sacrifice to avoid disappointing the expectations of those closest to us?
These are the questions at the heart of Desideri Amari / Bitter Desires, the new single by SeeD, released through Volcano Records in two versions, Italian and English, carrying the same emotional turmoil beyond language barriers. An intense and straightforward track, the song explores the contradictions of human relationships, the conflict between personal desires and shared expectations, and the struggle to find a balance between who we are and who others want us to be. SeeD channel this tension into pure rock, drawing on the roots of grunge, embracing the power of stoner rock and preserving that unmistakable blues edge that makes every emotion feel rawer, more authentic and deeply human.
The decision to release the single in two languages is not simply an attempt to reach an international audience, but also a way to emphasize the universality of its message. Desideri Amari and Bitter Desires are two sides of the same story, two linguistic interpretations of an emotional struggle that knows no borders. Having joined the Volcano Records roster in September 2026, SeeD have embarked on a new chapter in their recording career, with three singles leading up to their forthcoming album. With Desideri Amari / Bitter Desires, the band continue along this path, asserting a distinctive artistic identity, uncompromising in its approach and firmly rooted in a vision of rock driven by personality, energy and substance. SeeD have something to say. And they have no intention of sugarcoating it.
