Italian alt-rock band A Crime Called… is glad to announce the release of a new lyric video for the single “Scratched”. The track, taken from the EP “Primal Echoes” out in November 2023 and produced by Andrea Verdi, Andrea Bertolini and Christian Tambornini, sees as its main theme the setting of new goals in life: “Live with your own expectations, chasing dreams and goals somehow marks you, leaving scratches and indelible scars. A path where each of us, deployed on his side, continues his journey waiting for another day to fade, looking for new experiences and adventures”.
The band will be present at the new edition of Fajt Fest in Czech Rep. on July 4th with Sick Of It All, Alphawolf and many others!
Polish female fronted Heavy Metal act CRYSTAL VIPER will release new studio album “The Silver Key”, on June 28, 2024, on Listenable Records. It will be available as a vinyl record, compact disc, cassette, and digitally. It can already be pre-ordered at www.crystalviper.com.
First single and video entitled “Fever Of The Gods” has just been released, and can be seen below. The video has been produced by the famous Grupa13 production house, known from cooperation with acts such as ARCH ENEMY, KREATOR or BEHEMOTH.
As all the lyrics are once again inspired by the works of the father of cosmic horror, Howard Phillips Lovecraft, “The Silver Key” is a natural continuation of the previous full length release, “The Cult”, which came out on Listenable Records in 2021. In fact, working title of the new album was “The Cult II”. However, “The Silver Key” is an album with very own identity and character, and is without a doubt the most intense release that CRYSTAL VIPER ever recorded. The new album is heavier, faster and darker, but at the same more epic and melodic than their previous works. In the past the band was very often balancing between Power Metal and Heavy Metal, but here, there’s no doubt that we are talking about pure Heavy Metal. The band had very unique approach to songwriting and production, which was almost like a tribute to classic Metal acts such as IRON MAIDEN or JUDAS PRIEST, but except that CRYSTAL VIPER decided to show their love for the Metal culture, and incorporated in their songs several new elements, characteristic for other subgenres. So don’t get fooled by the term “female-fronted” which is usually associated with softer genres: CRYSTAL VIPER, founded and led by the vocalist and bassist Marta Gabriel (who for the last few years played rhythm guitar for the band), is simply as that METAL, and very serious about it. The album will be promoted on several major European Summer festivals incl. Wacken Open Air and Hellfest, and in October CRYSTAL VIPER will embark on European headlining Tour.
“The Silver Key” was produced and mastered by the Heavy Metal veteran Bart Gabriel, and its cover artwork was painted by respected Guatemalan artist Mario Lopez, who was also responsible for the cover artwork of the previous album, “The Cult”.

Progressive rockers HAKEN are pleased to announce they will bring their special ‘An Evening With’ tour to the UK & Europe in September 2024. Kicking off on the 4th September in Finland, the band will be performing the entirety of their acclaimed newest album ‘Fauna’, as well as other tracks from across the band’s career.

Talented rock artist Faith Federica Sciamanna makes a triumphant return with her latest powerful single, “È solo un attimo”.
“È Solo un Attimo” marks a significant milestone as singer-songwriter Faith Federica Sciamanna’s first foray into Italian music, produced by F. Moreschini. With an impressive resume that includes a solo album, four records with her renowned rock band “The Shiver,” collaborations with international artists, two authored books, and extensive tours spanning from 2005 to the present, Faith continues to push boundaries in the music industry. Her artistic journey spans diverse genres such as metal, alternative rock, electronic, folk, ancient, and meditative music.
A vocal coach and the visionary behind the European brand Backstage Academy, Faith’s creative evolution led her to explore her native language after years of sonic exploration, particularly abroad. She shares, “I had to venture to Spain for a while to attain the necessary distance from Italian and the objectivity to craft something beautiful in a language that inherently possesses a captivating allure in its spoken form.”
The essence of “È Solo un Attimo” encapsulates an urging to summon the courage required to release the burdens and self-imposed limitations that hinder our experience in this wondrous world.
