Prepare for a sonic explosion as punk rock discovery ELUKAS drops the official video for “Vein.” This power-packed track is part of their EP “Loomad Koos,” scheduled for re-release through Wormholedeath.
In their music video “Vein”, the band showcased an unwavering DIY spirit, working with a short budget. The video’s direction was skillfully handled by their bassist, Alan, who was eager to explore his talents as a music video director. Impressively, all the daring stunts featured in the video were executed by their nearly-semiprofessional stuntman, who also happens to be the band’s lead vocalist, Karl.
The song itself delves into the theme of addiction, and the band wanted to convey that message visually in the video. Even if the lyrics might not be crystal clear to all their listeners, Elukas hopes the video tells the story in a powerful and visual way.

In the fall of 2021, Elukas began as a 5-member punk-rock band with a focus on creating their own music. They played their first concert on March 25, 2022. In May, they recorded 3 singles at Sinusoid Studio and held a writing camp at the drummer’s summer house. In late summer, their original bass player left, and singer Karl took on bass duties. In the fall of 2022, they released three singles at monthly intervals. “Ajurünnak” gained recognition on RockFM and Raadio2. Due to an injury, Alan filled in on bass and later joined permanently. In February, the band recorded their debut EP “Loomad Koos”. The single “Vein” (April 7, 2023) made it to the top 5 best new rock songs by RockFM listeners. Most recently, Elukas graced the stage at the Barbar Feast 2023 festival, where they kicked off the event as the opening act. They also rocked the crowd at the Heavy Music Estonia Showcase Day 2023.

Wicked Smile are all about bringing back fist pumping heavy rock to the forefront. After releasing one of the Albums Of The Year in 2021 with their debut Wait For The Night, the boys are now ready to unleash the next chapter of wicked music.
Influenced by the likes of Dio, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Icon and Skid Row, the boys have written four uptempo guitar driven anthems with soaring lead vocals by mega voice Danny Cecati.
The ep was produced by Chris Themelco at Monolith Studios and the cover art was handled by the talented Tristan Tait.

Releasing their debut album “Liquor Store Stories” this past August, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia’s HUMAN MISSILE CRISIS has a new music video for their track “Too Long”, asong written around being in a self-medicating and self-destructive mindset.
Guitarist/vocalist DJ Vaters explains further:
“Whether it be with drugs or alcohol or whatever. Using substances to numb the real problems and emotional trauma of whatever happened in life that brought you to that point. It’s about that night in your life when you go out and party or indulge a little too much, honestly because you just don’t care about yourself anymore. You’re out and having fun, but you start to question why you’re there and why you are even doing this, to begin with. Maybe it was a self-destructive downward spiral that brought you to this point, you’re in a place where you don’t know if you’re going to get to sleep again or maybe if you do fall asleep. Will you ever wake up again? All the while, having friends and family who love you at home and they are worrying about you. You know you need to pull yourself out of that place but you don’t know how. I was there before to a degree and know others who have been there much deeper, others who haven’t made it back. Like the line in the song says “A place that we’ve all been before, the feeling disappears” In a way it is a place that we have all been before and you don’t have to stay there, that feeling can disappear.”

The album was mixed by Braden Kamermans and mastered at Audiosiege in Portland, Oregon by Brad Boatright. The album art is a photo of Vaters’ cat NUB, which was given an artistic treatment by Amy Crosby. The multifaceted album is a therapeutic journey and is recommended for fans of Queens of the Stone Age, Single Mothers, and Cloud Nothings.
British DJ and producer Christian Hoffmann, better known as Toronto Is Broken, has announced his fourth and self-titled album TORONTOISBROKEN is now available for pre-order and releases in full on December 1st, from FiXT.
“This is a self-titled album,” explains Hoffmann. “It’s album number four for me, but I’m now known for Metal and Drum & Bass. It was only after Clare that I really worked out my sound, my identity. I’ve worked out who I am.”
Toronto Is Broken‘s highly-anticipated self-titled album is a groundbreaking fusion of Metalcore and EDM that bridges the gap between two seemingly disparate worlds, creating a unique and exhilarating sound that will resonate with fans of both Metalcore and EDM. Featuring appearances from Sebotage, REEBZ, Fight The Fade, Lateral, and Natty Lou, and George Lever featuring his pulse-hammering guitar performances, TORONTOISBROKEN immerses fans in a world of the macabre taking inspiration from French horror cinema. The album captures the essence of extreme horror, immersing listeners in a chaotic and high-energy soundscape that is both brutal and intense.
Hoffmann worked closely with REEBZ and Sebotage on the album wanting it to appear as a band effort. He explains, “I wanted it to feel like a band effort, with the same people throughout with Seb and REEBZ. Usually, when it’s just me and a vocalist, we focus on the one track. What makes this album different is we had the old-school writing sessions, the three of us. We focused on the entire album. It’s still a Toronto Is Broken album. But even the tracks that REEBZ wasn’t on, she still provided input.” This group effort has pushed the album to new and terrifying heights and given rise to electrifying tracks such as the fatalistic “Raw,” and “Martyrs,” a brutal fusion of Drum & Bass, and the turbulent single “Breed” featuring REEBZ’s screaming vocals all featuring George Lever’s guitar work and all names of horror movie titles.
“Like a VHS tape recording, the whole idea,” explains Toronto Is Broken. “Imagine you’ve found a dodgy film, analogue horror aesthetic. You’ve found the Blair Witch tapes but less annoying and a bit more messed up.” Toronto Is Broken, along with consistent collaborators REEBZ and Sebotage, have meticulously crafted an album that pushes the boundaries of musical experimentation and fused it with extreme horror. “I wanted it to feel like a band effort, with the same people throughout with Seb and REEBZ. “Usually when it’s just me and a vocalist, we focus on the one track. What makes this album different is we had the old-school writing sessions, the three of us. Christian Hoffmann, better known as Toronto Is Broken, is a British DJ and producer based in Leicestershire. Christian Hoffmann’s initial venture into the world of music started out with a guitar whilst at school, and after various attempts to attract bands with his passion, he went on a solo mission to produce electronic music inspired by Enter Shikari’s first album Take to the Skies. Several years of work and perseverance later, Christian went on to be picked up by the UK bass label Sub Slayers, run by former Kiss FM and RAM Records president Jay Cunning. His first release The Move It EP received high praise and featured “Spirit Song 2012”, played by everyone from Paul Oakenfold to Sub Focus. “Spirit Song 2012” was also used as the main piece in the Arcadia Spectacular show at festivals all over the world.
Sebotage is a London-based vocalist, occasional DJ and owner of the self-titled clothing brand Sebotage LDN, which channels the language of the rave into their designs. With a passion for all things Drum & Bass, his flow ranges from hip-hop inspired spoken word and storytelling to the high-energy punch of vocal work inspired by Rage Against The Machine and Linkin Park. With releases on FiXT, YANA Music, and Breeze Recs under his belt so far, with artists such as Toronto Is Broken and Kaizah – Sebotage has no means of slowing down – and no means of pigeonholing himself into a particular style.
Known for pulling together influences from rock, metal, and electronic music, Fight The Fade has forged an unmistakable sonic identity that wraps heartfelt lyrical themes within a robust production style and delivers them with nuanced and diverse writing approaches. The band’s work ethic and innovative blend of genres led them to an album deal with independent electronic rock label FiXT in late 2020, with Fight the Fade releasing singles throughout 2021, leading to a full-length album APOPHYSITIS dropping in 2022.

TROY THE BAND shared: ‘Flesh Wound’ is the first song we wrote together after recording our EP and it has been a staple of our live set since our earliest shows.
The first time we played Flesh Wound live it was the second to last song in our set. So when we announced that the next song would be our last and someone in the crowd yelled out “just play more of that riff again!” We knew we were on to a winner.
We love it because it captures our sound so well, from the dynamics of vocals and instrumentation to the tension and release in the arrangement. When the song reaches its climax, there is a feeling of catharsis both lyrically and musically.

Norwegian dark metal veterans AETERNUS unveil new song “Wresting Worm” from their upcoming album “Philosopher”, due out November 17th on Agonia Records.
AETERNUS was formed by Ares in 1993 in Bergen, Norway, and pioneered the genre known as Dark Metal; combining Black Metal and Death Metal with elements of classical and folk music. The band creates its trademark sound by layering superlative guitar playing and haunting, melodic interludes. Its current line-up comprises guitarist/vocalist Ares, guitarist Gorm, bassist Eld and drummer Phobos (amongst whom are present and former members of Gorgoroth, Immortal (live) and Gaahls Wyrd).
“Philosopher” was recorded, produced & mixed by the band & Herbrand Larsen at Conclave & Earshot Studios (Immortal, Enslaved) and mastered by Lawrence Mackrory at Rorysound Studio (Bloodbath, Vomitory). The cover artwork, illustrations and layout was crafted by Mar.A. (Cultes Des Ghoules, Deus Mortem).
