This summer, on July 7, 2023, heavy metal sensation ALL FOR METAL will unleash their hotly-anticipated, first full-length album, entitled Legends, via AFM Records. Following previously-released songs such as “Born In Valhalla”, “Raise Your Hammer”, “Fury of the Gods, the thunderous “Mountain Of Power” or the aptly-titled track “All For Metal”, today, the up-and coming metal force presents their epic metal ballad of the record, the album closing track “Legends Never Die”!
Says ALL FOR METAL singer, Antonio, about the haunting anthem: “The first ballad of a metal band is always the most difficult to write and to perform. We gave all of us for this song, it’s gonna be just pure emotion!”His band mate, vocalist Tetzel agrees:“Legends Never Die – pure emotion and raw power…Watch the video and dive with us into our world!”
Watch the new ALL FOR METAL video clip, goosebumps guaranteed, HERE:
With eleven irresistible, compact and catchy songs, the band’s colossal debut unleashes anthemic, straightforward metal that has international class. Under the banner of ALL FOR METAL, metal enthusiasts Tim “Tetzel” Schmidt (also known as the singer of Asenblut as well as a strength athlete and fitness influencer) and Antonio Calanna (singer of the hard rock band DeVicious) joined forces for the perfect metal match. Both are united by their love for classic heavy metal sounds and the common vision to bring them to a new generation of music fans.
“We grew up with bands like Manowar, at whose concerts the audience is overwhelmed by the energy,” Tetzel recently revealed. “That’s where strangers are in each other’s arms and fervently belting out the songs. This invisible bond, this connection, is created through the music alone.” His vocal counterpart Antonio adds, “I’ve only experienced such a sense of community in the metal scene. With ALL FOR METAL, we want to help pass this on and let as many music fans as possible share in it.”
Perfect in time for a heavy summer festival season, with much-awaited, high-voltage live appearances at such as Metalfest Plzen, Rockharz, Wacken Open Air or an upcoming Fall tour with WINDROSE, ALL FOR METAL’s debut Legends will be released on July 7, 2023 through AFM Records. The album was recorded and produced at the Elephant Studios, you can now pre-order your copy of this must-have metal record at THIS LOCATION!

In keeping with the rich explosive underground Metal scene in Ireland, Cork natives, FOLLOWING THE SIGNS present their first slice of music with single/video for ‘This Day is Mine’, taken from the bands debut album, ‘Conflictions’, due for release on June 30th.
Describing themselves as ‘Groove Metal’ fused with a cacophony of blistering Metalcore breakdowns, and riffs that draw from the likes of Korn, Motionless in White, Black Sabbath, to Lamb of God, Slipknot and Deftones.
Speaking of the new single, the bands says, “The album starts with this track because we thought that would be a great idea to start with a song that sounds really like us. This day is mine has groovy and punchy riffs, while the vocals are really catchy. This is all what we tried to make that album from. If you liked This day is mine, you should give a try to the whole album then.”
Featuring twelve tracks, ‘Conflictions’ will be released independently on June 30th and will feature three more video/singles in the coming months. “We wanted to really show our diversity from anything we had done before and bring a new era of the band to life and worked hard to do that” says the band.
‘Conflictions’ is full of a modern groove and metalcore combined with all of us finding our inspiration from our influences individually and bringing it all together to create our own sound.
From start to finish we aimed to catch people’s attention right off the bat, whether it was the first notes played on the guitars, or the velocity of the vocals accompanying. We definitely aimed for a darker theme lyrically, talking across a range of emotions and thoughts people could really get behind while the instruments set the vibe for everything to fall into place.
Rockin’1000 – The Biggest Rock Band on Earth assembled 1,000 musicians to play Learn To Fly together in a field in Cesena to convince Foo Fighters in 2015 to come to play a show in Italy. The video went viral – hitting 62m views. Foo Fighters’ attention was firmly grabbed, and the band said yes. Hearts we captured worldwide as the story spread across the globe. International stadium tours have followed for people to witness the phenomenon of 1000 musicians together making the most glorious sound.
Now, the band have teamed up with Mascot Label Group and is set to release their first original song, HOW WE ROLL, featuring vocals by Chris Robertson of US hard-rock heavyweights and arena-shakers Black Stone Cherry and 100 musicians performing on the song.
Tomorrow, June 3, in Madrid, the song will be played for the first time by 1,000 musicians during the opening date of the HUMANS WORLD TOUR 2023. It will, after that, be performed in Bogota with more shows on the way.
Via their ‘Mission S000ngwriting’ challenge – where the streets of Milan, Rome, New York, Paris and Mexico City were distributed with flyers with the words “Wanted Songwriters” and a phone number – Rockin’1000 invited its community of more than 65,000 musicians from all over the world to create the biggest work of musical co-creation ever attempted: the first song composed by 1,000 authors to be performed by 1,000 musicians.
After a lengthy study, the team of experts led by Fabio Zaffagnini, formed by the Australian Nic Cester – singer-songwriter, guitarist, and frontman of Jet; the Italians Giulio Nenna – producer, musician, and composer and Andrea DB Debernardi, sound engineer, and producer, and the Brazilian Daniel Plentz of Selton, musician, music director, and producer – last October convened about 100 musicians (including vocals, guitars, basses, and drums) at the Teatro Verdi in Cesena, Italy set up for the occasion as a recording studio. An extraordinary two days of rehearsals followed.
On being involved Chris Robertson says, “I’ve been a big fan of Rockin’1000 since the first video went viral, so to sing their first original song is a huge honour for me. I can’t wait for you all to check it out.”
Shows have shaken foundations at the likes of Allianz Parque Arena, São Paulo – Brazil, Stade de France, Paris, Venice, Turin, Frankfurt, and Milan and were joined in Florence, Italy by special guest Courtney Love. Dave Grohl has spoken about how he felt about the band’s invitation in a video HERE.
“After creating the first draft, which included a topline with guitar accompaniment, we asked the community to arrange it and write the lyrics. We collected over 1,000 proposals, in which there was everything: punk, folk, metal, and prog versions,” declares Fabio Zaffagnini, founder of Rockin’1000. ”Gathering materials from so many people and putting them together was long, demanding, and very interesting. Listening to hundreds of versions allowed us to understand what worked and what didn’t. The feature of Black Stone Cherry is, for us, a confirmation of the quality of the song. We are delighted. Such a result was not taken for granted when we started with this yet another crazy idea!”
Chris Robertson is the singer-guitarist of Kentucky rockers Black Stone Cherry. The band have released seven studio albums to date, toured the globe several times over, and had multiple #1 radio hits worldwide since their debut album was released in 2006. They’ve rocked 12,000-cap arena shows and shared the stage with a diverse roster of superstars, including Alter Bridge, Theory of a Deadman, Def Leppard, Gov’t Mule, Nickelback, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bad Company, Mötorhead, Halestorm, Stone Temple Pilots, The Darkness, and ZZ Top. In 2018, they performed in front of 100,000 people at the Download Festival, UK, as main support to Guns N’ Roses and in 2021, the band fulfilled a lifetime’s ambition when they played at the UK’s venerated Royal Albert Hall, London. They have over half a million followers and more than a million monthly listeners on Spotify alone, it’s a force to be reckoned with.
After 7 years of covers that have marked the History of Rock, Rockin’1000 is proud to include a revolutionary song that conceals a world without geographical boundaries, cultural barriers, or differences in age, genre, or musical background.
ROCKIN’1000 is the Biggest Rock Band on Earth, and it has one big goal: to allow every person who can sing or play music to live every musician’s dream together – to travel all over the world to perform in big stadiums! It all started in 2015 when, for the first time, 1,000 musicians played together in a field in Cesena to convince Foo Fighters to come to Italy. The video went viral, the band said yes, and the rest is history. Today, with more than 65,000 musicians coming from all over the world, the band Rockin’1000 is traveling globally, performing in stadiums in France, Germany, Brazil, and Italy. 1,000 people perform and play in unison, creating incredible and indelible experiences for musicians and audiences. Before their new album, Return to the Kingdom of Fife, drops this Friday via Napalm Records, power metal titans GLORYHAMMER unleash their third new single – the fast yet heavy “Wasteland Warrior Hoots Patrol”! A catchy keyboard melody leads into the epic power metal track backed by strong metal drumming and topped with high-reaching vocals. Having gained millions of streams and video views throughout their very successful career and with their last album peaking at #6 on the official German charts, nothing less is to be expected from GLORYHAMMER’s upcoming offering. “Wasteland Warrior Hoots Patrol” comes with a racing music video visualizing the band’s unique energy and staves off the final wait for the album’s unveiling!
GLORYHAMMER state: “Alright you bunch of nuclear goblins, LISTEN UP! The Hootsman is coming to town, and he’s gonna cyber-detonate your brains to death with his hootatronic battle-saxophone! HOOTS!”
In the not-so-distant Kingdom of Fife, there lies a band like no other. GLORYHAMMER embodies the very essence of power metal and epic fantasy, with a sound so majestic and grandiose that it could only be the work of the gods themselves. Led by the manifestation of extreme trumpet-chaos in battle-mode, GLORYHAMMER has been waging a never-ending fight against the forces of Zargothrax since their formation in 2010.
With their soaring hyper-melodies, multitudinous orchestra-explosions and thunderous nano-guitar riffs, they have become the undisputed champions of the power metal scene, drawing in legions of fans from across the galaxy with their epic tales of intergalactic warfare, cosmic sorcery, and heroic deeds. It has been four years since the band’s last release, but the wait is finally over for another massive onslaught of power metal greatness.
With the journey back to Fife, Return to the Kingdom of Fife starts with trumpeting horns to lead them into battle, before jumping straight into “Holy Flaming Hammer of the Unholy Cosmic Frost”, telling the tale of reclaiming the lost Kingdom with the use of the mighty and majestic Holy Flaming Hammer. But the evil wizard has laid waste all over the Kingdom after the devastating war of Dundee, forming the nuclear wasteland of “Imperium Dundaxia”. Crossing through the diseased Kingdom, the mighty Hootsman and his warriors ride on nuclear motorbikes as the “Wasteland Warrior Hoots Patrol” fights goblins and controls the law of the land. The Grandmaster Proletius leads his “Brothers of Crail” to fight together and defeat the evil wizard Zargothrax. Rising to the occasion, the brave prince Angus McFife brings together warriors from across the land to fight in the name of “Fife Eternal”! Onwards on their journey, the mighty heroes must cross through the Dwarven Caverns and defeat the “Sword Lord of the Goblin Horde” to ignite the path to retrieve the legendary weapon known as the “Vorpal Laserblaster of the Pittenweem”…but our heroes are too late, for the weapon has been stolen by a great force of evil! The great journey comes to its climax as the evil sorcerer and master of nightmares, Zargothrax, wields ungodly power as the “Keeper of the Celestial Flame of Abernethy”, and the group of mighty warriors come together in one final attempt vanquish the evil double wizards from the Kingdom of Fife in “Maleficus Geminus (Colossus Matrix 38B – Ultimate Invocation of the Binary Thaumaturge)”.
This is an album for the ages – power metal shines brighter than ever on the thrilling and action-packed Return to the Kingdom of Fife!”
GLORYHAMMER on the album: “Hoots! We are proud to teleport you all to as-of-yet unknown mountaintops of extreme-trumpet-confoundry with this new opus! Several orchestras were maimed during the production process, which we think reflects adequately in the hyper-sonic nano-recordings we have inscribed on disc for you to peruse. Many battles await!”

”Waste Your Time” is the first single from BLINDSTONE’s forthcoming album, ”Scars To Remember”. A heavy, Texas-boogie-inspired track, with a groovy breakdown, and a spectacular guitar solo.
“We all know them: The people that are all talk, yet have surprisingly little to say”, guitarist and frontman Martin Jepsen Andersen comments about the track. “All front and no substance. A waste of time. This song is about those people. “I don’t care if you waste your time, just don’t waste mine”””.
Musically, “Waste Your Time” is one of the bluesier tracks from the album “Scars To Remember”. Might be described as ZZ Top and Stevie Ray Vaughan meet Deep Purple on a bluesy day, with Jimi Hendrix on lead guitar.
Today Metal Shock Finland has a pleasure to premiere for Finland BLINDSTONE’s “Waste Your Time” official video, enjoy it below.
Blindstone is proud to announce the new album ”Scars To Remember”. After being the best-kept secret within the heavy side of blues rock, as part of the “closed” blues scene for two decades, the band is now moving to Mighty Music and finally getting the recognition they deserve.
”Scars To Remember” is the tenth album from the Danish-based blues power trio, which has its stylistic roots in the late ’60s and ’70s, with inspiration from bands/artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, and others.
Formed more than two decades ago and having played countless shows in those years, Blindstone hit it hard in the US, due to their sound, and released most of their albums on the American label Grooveyard Records. Despite the long run, the band saw a turning point in their career when, in 2020, they were hired as the backing band for the blues legend Walter Trout, for a series of successful concerts around Denmark. This experience was a factor in inspiring the band to seek a slightly more direct and basic stylistic approach on their new album. The blues influence is particularly obvious in songs such as”Down For The Count”, ”Waste Your Time” and ”World Weary Blues”.
Blindstone has always worn its influences on its sleeves, and ”Scars To Remember” does indeed contain obvious tips of the hat to influences such as Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Trout, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Gales, Jeff Healey, and others.
As always with Blindstone, Andersen’s guitar work is a focal point, as is the tight ensemble playing of the band – for example, the instrumental ”The Fields Of Bethel” comes to mind – but the band’s lyrical universe has reached new levels of seriousness and depth in the bands new collaboration with Swedish lyricist Peter Svensson, who contributed lyrics to a large part of the album. The major concerns of recent years, with a global pandemic and war in Europe, have led the band’s lyrics in a more serious, soul-searching direction, as illustrated by songs like ”A Scar To Remember”, ”Drums Of War” and ”Drifting Away”. In other words, there are no stripper poles, hot-rodded cars, or silver dollar coins to be found in the lyrics, this time around.
”Scars To Remember” is a strong entry in Blindstone’s extensive discography, and should appeal to fans of the band’s previous releases, the aforementioned artists, and fans of heavy, blues-based rock in general.
“Scars To Remember” will be released on CD and digital formats via Mighty Music on August 11th, 2023.
