Heavy Psychedelic Rock band GODZILLA IN THE KITCHEN announces their upcoming “The Errors Tour,” which will take place in March 2025 across selected clubs in Germany (and Belgium): “While other artists in the genre are selling out shows in large arenas, we have decided to celebrate the intimate charm of small stages – because who needs huge stadiums when you can experience the fans up close?”
Following the release of their second album “EXODUS” and their first live album “Live at Break Out” under Argonauta Records, as well as impressive performances at Wacken Open Air, the trio – consisting of guitarist Eric Patzschke, bassist Simon Ulm, and drummer Thiago Presto – is bringing their music back to the small stages of the country. “The Errors Tour” will not only celebrate the band’s evolution but also all the little “errors” and unforgettable moments that have made them who they are today.
“The Errors Tour is our ironic homage to the great successes of other artists,” says Eric Patzschke. “We want to show our fans that you can deliver a big show even in a small club – completely without pyrotechnics and giant LED walls.”
With a refreshing mix of melodic recognizability and rhythmic complexity, GODZILLA IN THE KITCHEN captivates audiences during their live performances. The metal magazine “Time for Metal” aptly describes their music: “Godzilla In The Kitchen plays music I didn’t know I needed in my life. Music that sparks the imagination. Music I would love to play myself. Proggers and stoner rockers of the world unite and join Team Godzilla. You won’t regret it.” (9/10). Time for Metal 9/10
For those still unsure, you can listen to their live album “Live at Break Out” beforehand and look forward to an unforgettable evening:

The Browning puts their unique spin on Eiffel 65’s iconic hit “Blue” (Da Ba Dee) transforming the nostalgic classic into a heavy-hitting, genre-blending masterpiece. Brutal vocals take center stage fusing The Browning‘s signature mix of metal, electronic, and industrial sounds. The remix injects pulsating energy, crushing breakdowns, and futuristic vibes, from serene to chaos, it’s “Blue” like you’ve never heard it before.
The Browning is an electronic metal band founded by Jonny McBee as a solo project in 2005. In 2010 The Browning transitioned into a full band and has toured the world with bands such as Electric Callboy, Static X, Fear Factory, and We Came As Romans. They’ve put out two EPs Standing On The Edge EP (2010), Time Will Tell EP (2011), and five albums, Burn This World (2011) Hypernova (2013), Isolation (2016), Geist (2018), and End Of Existence (2021). The Browning‘s current lineup is Jonny McBee and Hardcore Keem. The Browning has consistently pushed the boundaries of music, fusing genres and redefining heavy sounds. The band’s new line-up sets the stage for an electrifying chapter in their journey.
In 2011 on their full-length debut Burn This World, The Browning expanded the boundaries of heavy music through a seamless fusion of industrial, electronic, rock, and metal. In 2013 Hypernova represented a high watermark for the band. Named ‘Album of the Week’ by Revolver, it yielded the signature anthem “Bloodlust,” which clocked over 2.6 million views and nearly 2 million streams. In 2016, they reached another level with Isolation, earning acclaim from outlets such as New Noise Magazine and generating millions of views between “Dragon” and “Disconnect.” The fourth full-length album, Geist, released in 2018, would push The Browning even further into the boundaries of heavy music with added deathcore and techno influences. End Of Existence released in 2021 would go on to receive generally positive reviews with Dom Lawson of Blabbermouth.net saying, “As ever, if the idea of metal mixed with EDM gives you violent facial tics and a sense of impending doom, End of Existence makes no attempt to make amends or win you over. And nor should it. The Browning have spent a decade pursuing an eccentric and polarizing path, and they still sound like a flash of inspiration brought to life.”
The Browning officially signed to FiXT in late 2023, after collaborating with the label for several years, creating two official remixes for Celldweller and signing a merchandise deal. The band has since released three well received singles with the FiXT. “Poison” which scored placements on Pandora’s AMP: Fresh Cuts, Industrial Metal, New Metal, This year In Metal, New Metal Now; Spotify’s All New Metal,, as well as featured on the WWE. The single currently sits on over 1.5 million streams alone on Spotify since its release. “HIVEMIND” would go on to score placements on Spotify’s All New Metal, New Flesh (Knotfest), and The Core, as well as VEVO’s Incoming Metal. “Deceiver” hit Pandora’s New Metal Now, New Metal (Station), This Year In Metal; Deezer’s Killed By Metal, Deathcore, and Metal Radar, and; Spotify’s All New Metal. Their sixth full length album OMNI is set to hit the airwaves in November 2024
Jonny McBee, vocalist, and songwriter for The Browning, is a trailblazing presence in the metal scene. He is also known for his role as the host and operator of the “Burn This World Podcast,” which is set to make its triumphant return this Fall. He also streams in The Browning Discord channel with fans tuning in to watch his creative process. Jonny is set to embark on a parallel journey, launching a groundbreaking new side project: The Defect.
Hardcore Keem, the band’s guitarist, brings his unique vision and sound to The Browning. Originally just a fan of the band, he officially joined The Browning on tour in 2022, now becoming a staple for the band’s future and marketing. Besides being in the band, he’s also a heavy music influencer and promoter with over 300K in social reach, including 100K+ followers on Instagram alone, and runs his own podcast, The Hardcore Keem Show.
Kicking off the new year in heavy style: Swedish hard rock goddesses, Thundermother, are premiering a new lyric video for their latest single “Bright Eyes”! Two years on from the release of their much-acclaimed success album Black & Gold, the rock quartet is currently gearing up for their hotly-anticipated, forthcoming studio album, entitled Dirty & Divine. The band’s sixth studio offering will be releasedon February 7, 2025 via AFM Records, the album pre-sale is available at this location:https://thundermother.bfan.link/dirty-divine
About their new single, “Bright Eyes”, the band comments: “This song is THE Thundermother sound and vibe that people relate to us, and we’re super proud of the recording and the outcome of the song that we really worked on hard in the studio!
Thundermother have always been committed to the electrifying euphoria of real, organic rock ‘n’ roll. Over the course of 15 years and five widely acclaimed studio albums, they have firmly established themselves as one of the most vivacious and vital hard rock bands around, with a never-say-die spirit and collective charisma that underpin everything they do.
A blistering onslaught of loud, proud and groovy hard rock, their upcoming studio offering Dirty & Divine marks the start of a new era for Thundermotherand the recorded debut of two new members: frontwoman Linnea Vikström Egg and drummer Joan Massing. Dirty & Divine also welcomes back bassist Majsan Lindberg to the fold. Bigger, bolder and more dynamic than ever before, the Swedes return as an upgraded and remotivated force! These women are rock ‘n’ roll diehards, and Dirty & Divine takes that ethos through to its logical conclusion. The new Thundermother album crackles and fizzles with gritty authenticity and unstoppable passion.
Dirty & Divine is the perfect, pugnacious showcase for a new, improved Thundermother. As the series of first single releases prove, every one of the album’s ten, sweat-soaked gems will turn out to become an instant anthem. Meanwhile, the decision to record the new material live in the studio has reaped its own rewards. Dirty & Divine is the sound of a kickass rock ‘n’ roll band doing it for real, and loving every raucous second.
“You’ve still got the same Thundermother feeling, with my guitar playing and all of that,”founding member and guitarist Filippa Nässil, who is now a Thundermother for real, recently said. “It’s still got a ‘70s vibe, but the melodies are catchier and the vocals are obviously different. We never stand still. I think this is the best album we’ve made so far, and I’m very picky! [Laughs] We recorded it in Copenhagen, with Soren Andersen producing again, and we recorded eight songs in four days. So this was the quickest recording we’ve ever done, and the best outcome!“
Not just a triumphant return but a complete rock ‘n’ roll reset, Dirty & Divine is the exhilarating masterpiece that Thundermother have long threatened to make. It is an adrenalin-soaked salute to the magic of big riffs and razor-sharp melodies, performed by an electrifying, four-woman force with joy in their hearts and world domination still firmly on the agenda. In support of Dirty & Divine, Thundermother will embark on an extensive European tour, kicking off in Hamburg, Germany in early 2025 (find all dates listed below!). Ready to rock? You fucking bet!

Helsinki hybrid metal band Keoma, founded in 2008, has released the fifth and also the last single “Some Kind Of A Builder” from the upcoming “A New Beginning?” from the album, which will be self-published on January 24, 2025. The song foreshadows the album’s perhaps even more pop tone, being easily approachable, full of big melodies and choruses, without forgetting the band’s characteristic mood changes.
“The lyrics of the song were in my pocket for a long time, they were tried for another song, but somehow they just couldn’t make it work. The words remained in the bank. One day I came across a very cheesy melody flow on the piano, I tried the words and whoops, they fit like a bullet in a magazine. I presented the idea and then the song underwent a typical Keoma “keomatization” process and the song was finished. We consider this to be a hit song and the song is about how one can try, but cannot change the other. It’s good that we are exactly the way we are and we also have our right to that. Although the song has a very typical structure and goes to four, when asked by the gang, “Some Kind Of A Builder” is the hardest to play from our new record,” the band’s vocalist Jasse Jatala commented.
At the same time, Keoma is also preparing to release a DIY music video for the song a week later, on January 10, 2025.
“Twelve years is a long time since the last music video. It just didn’t get done, that’s the reason quite simply put. Now we felt that it’s time to make one. Very soon during the record making process we knew that it would be done for this song. Jaakko, our other guitarist quickly took on the role of director and wrote the script. Schedules were agreed upon and the video was finally completed in November after all the work. It feels good and we got what we wanted. I believe that people will like the video (and the song),” comments the band’s guitarist and background vocalist, Eero Saikku.

The new “A New Beginning?” album release event is on Saturday 1 February 2025 at Tiivistämö in Helsinki, Suvilahti at Kaasutehtaankatu 1, 00580 Helsinki. In addition to Keoma, two other bands will perform at the event: Overhead and Gardenhead
HOLE IN THE FRAME, a rising crossover groove metal band from Southern Italy, starts the new year with the electrifying live version of “Monotony”, recorded entirely in one take and released through Volcano Records. This track marks a significant moment for the band, officially introducing their new guitarist, Gianluca Vergalito.
With the central phrase “I drink to crack down on my pain!”, the band delves into themes of frustration and conformity, which erode emotional strength and the ability to rebel. “Monotony” blends crossover and groove metal elements with heavy and alternative influences, echoing the sounds of Pantera, Korn, and Slipknot. Through a high-energy and intense performance, Hole in the Frame solidify their distinctive style, delivering a powerful and exciting track for their fans.
“Monotony Live 2024” is accompanied by a music video that captures the raw energy of the track and the band’s live performance in a captivating cinematic setting, available here:
Just in time for the release of their highly anticipated upcoming album, ПРОРОК ИЛИЯ (Lat. PROROK ILJA), Polish black metal icons PATRIARKH (formerly Batushka) unleash their forth gloomy single, “ВЕРШАЛИН VII”(Lat. WIERSZALIN VII). The conceptual full length, ПРОРОК ИЛИЯ (Lat. PROROK ILJA), drops tomorrow on January 3, 2025 via Napalm Records! “ВЕРШАЛИН VII”(Lat. WIERSZALIN VII) attacks mercilessly and sets free a relentless storm of black and death metal. The song kicks off with a compelling narration, before it drags listeners into a path of fierce blast beats and haunting screams. PATRIARKH on the new album: “With this new release, we are starting a new chapter in our history – not only is our name changing, but our music is also undergoing a natural evolution. The story on the album encouraged us to get out of our comfort zone, and we reached for means that we had not used before in our music. Many of you will wonder if this is still black metal? Or is it even metal? Radio play, audiobook, theater, film soundtrack, folk music, performance… All these terms will fit here. Some will hate, others will love…”
Reborn PATRIARKH (formerly Batushka) returns with a masterpiece of arcane black metal!
ПРОРОК ИЛИЯ details a true story that happened in the band’s home area of Podlasie, in the village of Grzybowszczyzna, in the 1930s and 40s. The album takes the listener into the world of Eliasz Klimowicz, the titular Prophet Ilja, an illiterate peasant who was the leader of the Orthodox Grzybowska Sect, active until the 1960s, cultivating and transmitting the history of the self-proclaimed prophet. PATRIARKH spread their gospel by using an arsenal of folk instruments, such as tagelharpa, mandolin, mandocello, hurdy gurdy and stringed dulcimer, and worked with a symphony orchestra and choirs to give their new creations the most organic and vivid feeling possible. As is trademark with PATRIARKH’s music, Orthodox sacredness is mixed with black and doom metal, now largely enriched with folk music, neo dark folk, and even film music. The band utilizes the entire palette of Orthodox music, venturing into the areas of Byzantine monody, liturgical chant and Russian polyphony, neatly adapting folk and liturgical melodies to their own style.
The lyrical side of ПРОРОК ИЛИЯ is an interesting mix of theater and pastoralism. PATRIARKH uses fragments of texts from the theater play “Prorok Ilja” and draws from the messages contained in the works of Włodzimierz Pawluczuk, combining it with folk and liturgical texts. On ПРОРОК ИЛИЯ, listeners can hear various languages – and Polish for the first time ever! The album was recorded in January and May 2024 at Tall Pine Records (Behemoth, Zalewski, Afromental), Heinrich House (Behemoth, Vesania, Hate), Wem Studio (Kasa Chorych, Lukasyno, Cira) and Radio Białystok studio. Mixing and mastering was handled by Wojciech Wiesławski at Hertz Studio (Vader, Behemoth, Decapitated), and production was helmed by band mastermind and leading vocalist Bartłomiej “Варфоломей” Krysiuk. “ПРОРОК ИЛИЯis an album full of emotions, sentimentalism and folklore. It’s pastoral, lyrical, epic, multidimensional and multicolored, just like my Podlasie is multicolored,” says Варфоломей. Dive into the deepest of all shadows with this black metal masterpiece and join PATRIARKH on this intriguing ride!
