U.S. rockers Fight The Fade have announced their highly anticipated album Isolationist will be released globally on October 18, 2024 through FiXT, and is now available for pre-order.

Purchase/Stream: https://link.fixtmusic.com/isolationist

Releasing with the pre-order announcement is “Alive Again” complete with an intense official music video. Fiery, explosive, full of yearning, the heavy hitting rock single bursts onto the scene with provocative lyrics and a brutal vocal performance. Heavy guitars dance with elegant synthesizers for a soundscape that oscillates between hope and despair. “Alive Again” showcases Fight The Fade’s ability to capture a deep well of emotions through a musical lens. “From the first demo of this song, I knew we had something special,” explains Fight The Fade. “Being caught up in the grind can be numbing. The pain of life can also be numbing, and when you find something that makes you feel alive again, you tell everybody about it. This is that anthem.”

Isolationist picks up where their 2022 release APOPHYSITIS left off, exploring the turbulent human psyche. This hard-hitting collection of 12 tracks delves into themes of solitude and self-reflection, delivering a sonic storm that is both fierce and energetic, as well as raw and captivating. From thunderous riffs, heavy rhythms, to brutal vocals, Isolationist captures the unbridled fury of hard rock and alternative metal, fused with the relentless energy of metalcore. Fight The Fade masterfully combines heavy riffs, infectious melodies, and emotionally charged lyrics, creating an album that is both fierce and introspective.

From the opening track “The Storm,” which thrusts listeners into the whirlwind that is “The Eye Of The Hurricane,” an appearance from label mate Daedric on the combative track “Scratching,” to “Next Sunrise” which delivers an explosive soundscape driven by intense rhythms, thrashing guitars, and daring vocals, Fight The Fade have more than maintained their signature heavy-hitting edge. The album includes “Quarantine,” a visceral plea for space amidst inner struggle, “Revolution,” a fight song that encapsulates the heart of the album’s message showcasing Fight The Fade’s ability to masterfully incorporate synthesizers, heavy guitar work, brutal vocals, and themed narratives into a collection of 12 masterworks that range from beautifully anthemic to absolute fatality.

Fight The Fade’s previous album APOPHYSITIS, released in 2022 via FiXT, has surpassed 16 million streams on Spotify and garnered prominent editorial support from Spotify, Amazon, Apple, VEVO and Yandex. The album also received  features from Outburn, Inked Magazine, Metal Insider, and a sync placement in the Oculus VR game Smash Drums. Isolationist is well on its way to hitting similar marks.

Already establishing themselves as a powerful modern/hard rock force, Fight The Fade currently reaches over 375,000 monthly listeners across multiple streaming platforms, with fan favorite “Monster” accumulating over 10 million streams between Spotify and YouTube.

Known for pulling together influences from rock, metal, and electronic music, Fight the Fade has forged an unmistakable sonic identity that wraps heartfelt lyrical themes within a robust production style and delivers them with nuanced and diverse writing approaches. The band’s work ethic and innovative blend of genres led them to an album deal with independent electronic rock label FiXT in late 2020, with Fight the Fade releasing singles throughout 2021, leading to a full-length album APOPHYSITIS released in July 2022.

Veonity have released “Riders Of The Revolution”, second single taken from the new album “The Final Element” to be released on October 18th by Scarlet Records. PRE-SAVE/PRE-ORDER

The Four Horsemen of the Dark, also known as the Riders of the Revolution, heed the call of the warrior and rides out to aid the hero on his quest of power. Just as the epic and fierce lyrical theme, the song truly captures the foundation of the Veonity metal sound!

DEFENDERS OF THE POWER METAL FAITH

  • sixth full-length album for the heralds of the Swedish power metal legacy;
  • first record featuring the amazing new singer Isak Stenvall (former Lancer);
  • mixed and mastered by Ronny Milianowicz (Shadowquest) at Studio Seven;

“The Final Element” will be released in the following formats: jewel case CD – vinyl LP (300 transparent green) – digital

artwork by Alvaro Valverde/AV Art Ilustracion

As power metal slowly turns softer and synth-based, “The Final Element” ensures that this trend gets forever broken!

Soaring vocals (courtesy of new frontman Isak Stenvall), twin guitars and mighty choirs – strongly founded on thunderous bass lines and rumbling double bass drums – dominate and define the sixth Veonity’s studio album: the playful, energetic and well-crafted songs of the Swedish band deliver a full throttle energy boost.

“The Elements Of Power chronicles”, a saga of a hero that needs to seal the veil between the Overworld and the Underworld to prevent darkness from gaining control, is finally unraveled, and it couldn’t have been more epic and glorious.

“The Final Element” tracklist:
1 Premonition
2 Chains Of Tyranny

LIVLØS Share Third Single + Video ‘Orbit Weaver’ from Upcoming Album

Danish melodic death metal leaders LIVLØS continue to shoot for the stars on their epic third full length, the concept album ‘The Crescent King’ set for release on October 4th 2024. So far the two singles and videos ‘Usurpers’ and ‘Endless Majesty’ have been released, and today the band shares yet another killer track ‘Orbit Weaver’ alongside a music video created by Moshmallows.

With the new record, LIVLØS continues to deliver its punishing style of heavy grooves, melancholic melodies and progressive musicianship, while unfolding a cosmological fantasy-inspired narrative of ‘The Crescent King’ – a vivid symbol of humanity, its psyche and cyclus in the universe.

The band states on ‘Orbit Weaver’: “‘Orbit Weaver’ accelerates with unrelenting speed, accompanied by lyrics that set the scene for an epic journey. Trust us, it’s an absolute banger to play. Brace yourself for the ride!“

Stream the single HERE

‘The Crescent King’ will be released on vinyl, CD and digital formats, and the vinyl will be available in three editions – 300 black copies, 100 transparent petrol copies and 100 marble yellow copies. Physical pre-orders are now available HERE and digital formats can be pre-saved and pre-ordered HERE.

‘The Crescent King’ tracklist:

  1. Solstice
  2. Orbit Weaver
  3. The Crescent King
  4. Maelstrom
  5. Usurpers
  6. Scourge of the Stars
  7. Harvest
  8. Solace
  9. Throne of Cosm
  10. Endless Majesty

Since the band’s inception in 2014, LIVLØS has proven themselves to be an ingenious force on the international death metal scene. Since the release of their deeply personal debut album “Into Beyond” (2018), which depicted a band in a time of heavy personal struggle, they have continued to grow – which is evident in both songwriting and technical prowess. Their second album “And Then There Were None” (2021), released by Napalm Records, immediately sounded darker and more ambitious, which resonated with fans and critics alike.

Following the second album’s release, LIVLØS toured extensively, including a big sold out Copenhagen headliner, a European tour with Konvent and Implore, and a national headliner tour alongside appearances at Inferno Festival, Tallinn Music Week and not least the band’s triumphant live peak in front of 14.000 people at Copenhell in 2023.

Now, LIVLØS can finally unveil their third full length album, the conceptual cosmo-narrative ‘The Crescent King’. While bearing LIVLØS’ trademarks of heavy, death metallic grooves, melancholic, grandiose melodies and progressive musicianship, the music on ‘The Crescent King’ compliments the ambitious concept as far as the prog elements now standing strong alongside traits of experimental dissonance to balance the band’s ear for majestic melodies.

As on the prior releases, on our very race, homo sapiens, is also the focus of LIVLØS’ scrutiny on ‘The Crescent King’. This time, the band wished to conceive a fictional, conceptual piece throwing its gaze on the more general dispositions of the human condition, its psyche and place in the cosmic cyclus of the universe.

Thus, ‘The Crescent King’ is a symbol of humankind in all its aspects, good and evil and in between. It is the tale of the king undertaking a journey through space and time, in which he discovers the secrets of himself and humankind. But it is also a story on how a good soul and its benevolent intentions can corrupt in the face of power, delusion and despair.

‘The Crescent King’ is produced by Jacob Bredahl (Lifesick, Eyes), mastered by Brad Boatright (Obituary, Suicide Silence, Gatecreeper, Nails) and carries artwork by Eliran Kantor (Testament, Bloodbath, Kreator, Hate Eternal). The album will be released on LP/CD/Digital on October 4th 2024 via Noctum Productions and will be followed by extensive touring throughout Scandinavia and Europe.

Produced by Kevin Shirley (The Black Crowes, Aerosmith), Joanne’s powerful vocals and emotive interpretation transform “Black & Gold” into a compelling, classic-sounding track that balances modern sensibilities with an almost retro feel. “I always loved the desperation of the lyrics and thought it could make a great Blues/Gospel song if performed differently,” Joanne shares. “I played my version to Kevin Shirley in the studio, and fortunately, he heard the same thing I did.”

“Black & Gold” is the latest in a series of singles Joanne has been steadily releasing since her critically acclaimed album Heavy Soul, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard Blues Album chart. Most recently she released “Hold of My Heart” featuring Sav Madigan, which marked the first release from a slate of material Joanne is set to unveil over the next year, signalling an exciting new chapter.

THUNDERMOTHER Unleash “Dirty & Divine” Album Details + Brand New Video Single ‘So Close’

Two years on from the release of their last studio album Black & Gold, the Swedish quartet Thundermother has finally revealed the first details about their forthcoming new studio album, entitled Dirty & Divine, that is slated for a release on February 7, 2025 via AFM Records! The album pre-sale has just started at: https://thundermother.bfan.link/dirty-divine

A blistering onslaught of loud, proud and groovy hard rock, Dirty & Divine marks the start of a new era for Thundermother and the recorded debut of two new members: frontwoman Linnea Vikström Egg and drummer Joan Massing. Dirty & Divine also welcomes back bassist Majsan Lindberg to the fold. Bigger, bolder and more dynamic than ever before, the Swedes return as an upgraded and remotivated force!

Following previously-released tracks, “Speaking of the Devil” and “I Left My License in the Future”, today, the rock goddesses unleash a music video for their latest single, the anthemic album opening track “So Close”!

Guitarist and founding member Filippa Nässil reveals: “‘So Close’ was so close to not being included on the album, but when we recorded it live in the studio after all the other songs were done, it turned out so well that it made it across the finish line. It seems we might have stumbled upon a hit.”

“So Close” is out now on all digital streaming services at: https://thundermother.bfan.link/so-close

Thundermother have always been committed to the electrifying euphoria of real, organic rock ‘n’ roll. Over the course of 15 years and five widely acclaimed studio albums, they have firmly established themselves as one of the most vivacious and vital hard rock bands around, with a never-say-die spirit and collective charisma that underpin everything they do. These women are rock ‘n’ roll diehards, and Dirty & Divine takes that ethos through to its logical conclusion. The sixth Thundermother album crackles and fizzles with gritty authenticity and unstoppable passion. For Filippa and Linnea, their newly forged partnership has been an unequivocal success:

“We’ve been working on this a long time, maybe a year and a half,” says Filippa, who was pregnant during the Dirty & Divine recording process and is now a Thundermother for real. “As soon as Linnea came into the band we started sending demos to each other, and we did loads of writing, which was great, because she’s a fantastic songwriter! I was sending her the music and she was sending me these amazing lyrics and melodies. It’s been fun to work with someone that good! On the last album we had outside songwriters because we didn’t have any energy in the band, but now I can just send Linnea music and then just kick back when she sends lyrics and melodies that just crush the song.”

Dirty & Divine is the perfect, pugnacious showcase for a new, improved Thundermother. As the first single releases prove, every one of the album’s ten, sweat-soaked gems will turn out to become an instant anthem. Meanwhile, the decision to record the new material live in the studio has reaped its own rewards. Dirty & Divine is the sound of a kickass rock ‘n’ roll band doing it for real, and loving every raucous second.

“You’ve still got the same Thundermother feeling, with my guitar playing and all of that,” says Filippa. “It’s still got a ‘70s vibe, but the melodies are catchier and the vocals are obviously different. We never stand still. I think this is the best album we’ve made so far, and I’m very picky! [Laughs] We recorded it in Copenhagen, with Soren Andersen producing again, and we recorded eight songs in four days. So this was the quickest recording we’ve ever done, and the best outcome!“

Not just a triumphant return but a complete rock ‘n’ roll reset, Dirty & Divine is the exhilarating masterpiece that Thundermother have long threatened to make. It is an adrenalin-soaked salute to the magic of big riffs and razor-sharp melodies, performed by an electrifying, four-woman force with joy in their hearts and world domination still firmly on the agenda. In support of Dirty & Divine, Thundermother will also embark on an extensive European tour, kicking off in Hamburg, Germany in early 2025 (find all dates listed below!). Ready to rock? You fucking bet!
