**MANY EYES ONLY

Many Eyes began in the winter of 2022 when Keith Buckley (Ex-Every Time I Die, The Damned Things) connected with brothers Nick (Producer/ Owner of Dexter’s Lab Recording) and Charlie Bellmore (Corpsegrinder/ Toxic Holocaust) through their mutual friend, Jamey Jasta, frontman for metal legends Hatebreed. The Light Age was written and recorded over a few weeks in both Buffalo, NY, and Milford, CT, where the members reside.Taking cues from the Grunge Rock and Hardcore of the 1990s that was so influential to them growing up, the members of Many Eyes skillfully blend chaos with melody.

Many Eyes’ live performances, including their tour with post-hardcore icons THURSDAY, have demonstrated their ability to deliver high-energy shows with precision and emotion. With Craig Vittorio now on guitar and Sean Vallie on bass, alongside Nick Bellmore’s powerful drumming and Keith Buckley’s commanding vocals, the band remains focused on pushing forward and exploring new creative horizons.

As they embark on the next phase of their journey, Many Eyes remains committed to their core ethos—creating music that resonates deeply with listeners, blending raw power with melodic depth, and continually evolving as artists. The future looks bright as they continue to chart their path forward.

With a musical catalog that includes 18 previously released full length albums from his work with Creed, Alter Bridge and various solo endeavors, world-renowned guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Mark Tremonti is back with his sixth album from his solo band, TREMONTI. The new album, entitled The End Will Show Us How, is scheduled for global release on January 10, 2025 via longtime partner, Napalm Records.

Mark Tremonti is back with a collection of 12 original compositions that continues his musical evolution while showcasing his ability to write memorable songs – something he has done for nearly three decades. Mark is backed in TREMONTI by Eric Friedman (guitars), Tanner Keegan (bass) and Ryan Bennett (drums). Each song on The End Will Show Us How will take the listener on a journey as Mark set out to create an album of a dozen individual compositions each unique from the other.

Debut single “Just Too Much” is a perfect example of this. The song opens with a driving guitar riff – the basis for the entire song – as Mark delivers the message to keep pushing forward no matter what adversity is in front of you. An official music video for the single directed by J.T. Ibanez (Sevendust) can be seen here!

Tremonti’s musicianship and songwriting is on full display on each song on The End Will Show Us How. Tracks like the opener “The Mother, The Earth and I,” the thought provoking “It’s Not Over” and the epic closer “All The Wicked Things” show that Mark continues to create compositions that continue to engage audiences – both old and new fans alike. “Nails” is a musical idea that Mark has had for years and finally found the inspiration to complete. “Tomorrow We Will Fail” is an inspirational piece that talks about not putting off until tomorrow something you can conquer today. “Now That I’ve Made It” is a message for anyone who has ever had anyone doubt them and try to hold them back from following their dreams. The End Will Show Us How was produced by longtime friend and collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette – the producer Mark has worked with exclusively since 2007.

About TREMONTI:
After three decades, 18 full-length albums, and thousands of shows, Mark Tremonti continues to relentlessly push himself as a guitarist, a vocalist, and a songwriter, above all. This unstoppable drive has underscored his catalog earmarked by a GRAMMY® Award, cumulative streams in the billions, and total sales of 60 million units worldwide across his inexhaustible output with Creed, Alter Bridge, and solo band TREMONTI. Distinguished as Guitar World’s “Guitarist of the Decade,” selected as a flagship PRS endorsee, and celebrated on the covers of numerous publications worldwide, he approaches the guitar with an insatiable curiosity and innate need to create. At the same time, he constantly stretches his voice, reaching new heights with each subsequent project.

His voice, writing, and playing have supercharged Tremonti as a force in its own right. The band has delivered a string of celebrated releases, including All I Was [2012], Cauterize [2015], Dust [2016], A Dying Machine [2019] accompanied by an acclaimed novel of the same name co-written by Mark with John Shirley, and Marching In Time [2021]. Earning acclaim, KERRANG! hailed the latter as “another worthy chapter in its creator’s well-populated book,” and American Songwriter praised how “Marching In Time is structured around denser melodies and reflective epistles prodding around chunkier riffs.” Loudwire applauded the title track as “hypnotically epic,” and Guitar World readers voted “Now and Forever” as “The Best Riff of 2021.” Now, he levels up all around on his 19th overall LP and sixth TREMONTI full-length, The End Will Show Us How [Napalm Records].

With muscular grooves, evocative solos, heart-pumping riffs, and seismic melodic vocals, The End Will Show Us How is a testament to Tremonti’s legacy of ceaseless creativity and a triumph for him.

SMILE EMPTY SOUL is a hard rock band that originated in Los Angeles, CA in the late 1990’s and has stayed true to their brand of “no bullshit”, “real as it gets” hard rock to this day. The band signed a major label record deal in 2003 to release their self-titled debut album in May of that year. They realized huge success at alternative radio, rock radio, and the music video channels that have since fallen by the wayside or turned into reality show networks.

After 3 very successful singles/videos and a gold record from the debut release, the band ran into trouble with their record company (which was in the midst of turmoil at the top levels) and found themselves working extra hard in the trenches, and signed to indie labels or no label at all from then on.

This would become SMILE EMPTY SOUL’s destiny, as they have gone on to release many more albums and EP’s on various labels, as well as their own company “smile empty music inc”. The band released their 9th full length record Black Pilled on October 12th of 2021 completely on their own.

“Smile” has become known for its constant touring and never wavering honest sound/lyrics. They’ve never changed for anybody, and turned down many opportunities to “sell out” because it’s not who they are.

With a new album, and just as much drive as they had starting out 20 years ago, this band looks to continue to build on the legacy they’ve created as one of the hardest working, and most underrated bands in rock and roll.

The band has recently partnered with TLG|ZOID / Virgin Music Group to release new music. Denny Sanders (The Label Group) and Sean Danielsen previously partnered on the successful release of Consciousness. Released in 2009 the record has become second only to the band’s debut release in popularity.

1349 Unleash Haunting Music Video for New Single ‘The God Devourer’

True Norwegian black metal horde 1349 will be releasing their eighth full-length, ‘The Wolf and the King,’ on October 4, 2024 via Season of Mist! The Norwegian horde is now unleashing the third offering from the record, “The God Devourer,” along with a music video! The clip was directed by Claudio Marino and produced by Artax Film; it can be found at THIS LOCATION.

1349 frontman Ravn comments, “’The God Devourer.’ Opening track of ‘The Wolf and the King.’ It tears a hole in the universe and set the atmosphere for the album as a whole. It strangely also resonates perfectly with the ominous apocalyptic mood of the world today.”

The forthcoming offering was mastered by Jarrett Pritchard and produced and mixed by Prichard & 1349 frontman Ravn at NEW CONSTELLATION R.M.P.

Pre-order for ‘The Wolf and the King’ are now live HERE.

The cover artwork for ‘The Wolf and The King’ was created by Jordan Barlow.

1349 is not like other bands. It’s not a group of friends who decided to make music together. 1349 is a band formed with a unified vision and specific purpose: To maintain the legacy of black metal.

“I didn’t like the direction that black metal took in the mid part of the ’90s,” 1349 vocalist and mastermind Ravn recalls. “It started losing everything that I liked about black metal—the grimness, the eeriness, the primal emotions that captivated me and brought me into that sphere. You had all these synthesizer-based bands dressing up in pirate shirts and looking like goths. It ruined something that I truly hold close to my heart.”

In 1997, Ravn formed 1349 and recruited bassist Seidemann and, now former, guitarist Tjalve to help him pursue the vision of recapturing the original spirit of black metal. The longstanding lineup of Ravn, Seidemann, guitarist Archaon, and drummer Frost (also of Satyricon) has been in place since 2001. “I found people that felt the same way as me,” Ravn says of his bandmates. “We wanted to bring back the trademark of Norwegian black metal, as it was presented in the early 90s. Every time we release an album, that’s the inspiration and the backdrop.”

The Wolf and the King is the latest sortie in that crusade.1349’s eighth album sees the Oslo-based band harnessing the primordial energy of black metal’s decade-defining second wave and channeling it through ancient mysteries and the relentless global chaos of the 2020s.

The album title comes from a classic alchemical allegory: A wolf devours a king. Then the wolf is devoured by flames, and a new king rises from the ashes. “When I first heard about alchemy when I was young, it was people turning metal into gold,” Ravn says. “Further down the road, through various literatures and magical practices, I realized that what you’re turning into gold is metaphorical. It’s about personal development, basically. You want to be the best you can be, and that’s what we try to do as well. We try to top ourselves, to kill our egos in order to grow as persons. If you don’t do that, you will die. You will not rise from the ashes.”

Lead single “Ash of Ages” combines thrash with extreme metal flourishes and a proper doomsday theme. “The song is based on a story I read about a layer of ash that covered the Earth 12,000 years ago,” Ravn explains. “This layer of ash comes from a meteorite that struck the Earth during the Ice Age. It melted a lot of the ice, which is where the Great Flood came from. The Great Flood is in the Bible, but it was written about in every ancient culture. The theory is that it washed away a lot of other ancient cultures that held a higher intelligence level than those that were found after the flood. So, it possibly set human civilization back many thousands of years.”

Released as a one-sided maxi-12” with a flipside etching by Jordan Barlow—who did all the artwork for The Wolf and the King (as well as the band’s 2019 album, The Infernal Pathway)—“Ash of Ages” is also a warning to check your ego. “To think that you’re important, that you’re anything but an ant down there, is futile,” Ravn points out. “In the end, everything will be washed away, and nothing will be left.”

“Shadow Point” comes complete with a video and revisits the sonic domain of The Infernal Pathway with a classic headbanger groove. “This one references the Star of Algol, or ‘the Demon Star,’” Ravn offers. “It’s actually two stars that revolve around each other, and the small one is devouring the big one. Human beings have seen this star from early ages, and it has had many names over the years. It’s a known part of the magical world, so I wanted to include it in a song.”

Shot through with menace and a snaky groove, album opener “The God Devourer” will also have a video. “The lyrics are based on the alchemical principle of devouring all that you feel is in your way of becoming a better human,” Ravn says. “It sets the ominous tone for the whole album.”

Recorded at Amper Tone in Oslo, Norway, and New Constellation R.M.P. in Orlando, Florida, The Wolf and the King was produced and mixed by Ravn and Jarrett Pritchard (Eulogy, Pulchra Morte), the band’s long-standing sonic wizard who also worked on their previous two albums. The lyrics were written by the band’s longtime wordsmith, Svartalv, who has been working with 1349 for twenty years.

Jordan Barlow’s elaborate artwork for The Wolf and the King reflects the album’s chronological position in 1349’s discography. “This is our eighth album, and the artwork and lyrics are filled with references to this number of infinity,” Ravn explains. “You can basically go on a quest finding references to the number in the artwork.”

All told, The Wolf and the King is the exalted output of the joint force that is 1349. “We all work together to make the best black metal possible every time we release an album,” Ravn says. “This is our common goal. We’re a band on a mission.”

THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER Unleash Animated Video for ‘Mammoth’s Hand’

“Mammoth’s Hand” is the latest single from THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER. The track comes by way of the band’s upcoming tenth studio album, Servitude, set for release on September 27th via Metal Blade Records.

“Mammoth’s Hand” is partly inspired by a scene from Don Coscarelli’s 1982 swords ‘n’ sorcery epic, The Beastmaster. “We usually like to give some idea of what kind of diversity is gonna be on the album with the first two tracks we release,” vocalist Brian Eschbach offers. “[guitarist] Ryan Knight wrote the music for this, and the slow rhythm made me think of these barbaric warriors riding mammoths out in the snow or that scene from The Beastmaster when the Jun horde takes the village.”

Eschbach further elaborates, “‘Mammoth’s Hand’ is a romp through a fictitious frozen tundra in which a clan of nomadic mammoth riding cannibals conquer villages in a time devoid of technology. The slow groove of this song is a vibe not often implemented by the group but immediately inspired a vision in my mind of a slow moving yet gigantic and powerful beast of antagonistic nature.”

Watch below THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER‘s video for “Mammoth’s Hand,” created by Marco Pavone.

THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER‘s first single from Servitude, “Aftermath,” was released in June to mass critical acclaim. Wrote Revolver upon its release, “THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER’s much-anticipated comeback single – the band’s first piece of new music since the passing of founding vocalist Trevor Strnad – is both a graceful return to form, and a ruthlessly ripping masterclass in death-metal dynamics.”

Loudwire hailed, “a lean, three-minute ripper and it’s this quality that drove the melodic death metal icons to lead with.” Consequence called the track, “a crushing introduction to this new chapter for THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER,” BrooklynVegan championed, “a melodeath rager that sounds like something Trevor would’ve been proud of,” while Metal Injection gushed, “As for the single itself, holy shit – THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER is doing Trevor’s memory justice while simultaneously putting out some fucking killer death metal.“

Watch the band’s previously released video for “Aftermath” at THIS LOCATION.

Guitars, bass and vocals for Servitude were recorded at guitarist Brandon Ellis’ home studio in New Jersey while drums were recorded by Mark Lewis in Nashville, Tennessee where the album was also mixed. Servitude was mastered by Ted Jensen.

With the tragic passing of the THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER‘s frontman and co-founder Trevor Strnad in 2022, band co-founder Brian Eschbach, bassist Max Lavelle, drummer Alan Cassidy, and producer/guitarist Brandon Ellis were faced with a decision: Close the door on one of the most beloved death metal bands of the last twenty years, or carry on in their fallen brother’s charismatic spirit? After a period of profound grief and deep soul-searching, Eschbach moved from guitar to vocals, setting aside his lifelong identity as a live guitarist for the survival of the band. Former THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER member Ryan Knight returned to the fold to take Eschbach’s place on guitar. The new lineup made their debut in the band’s hometown of Detroit in late October 2022 for a tribute show for Strnad.

Fast forward to right about now: THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER‘s new album is the one that many would have thought impossible. Servitude marks Eschbach’s recorded debut as THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER‘s lead vocalist and lyricist – and their first with Knight on guitar since 2015’s Abysmal. The members of THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER know that some will be skeptical of an album without Trevor’s inimitable presence. But many fans have already embraced the band’s decision to move forward.

THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER:
Brian Eschbach – lead vocals
Max Lavelle – bass
Alan Cassidy – drums
Brandon Ellis – lead guitar, backing vocals
Ryan Knight – rhythm guitar, backing vocals

A trend-setting alternative metal band from Vila Real, Portugal, In We Fall is known for creating a distinct and exotic sound bursting with flavors of alternative metal, progressive metal, and grunge. The band recently wrapped up recording their debut full-length album entitled Inner Self which will be released via Eclipse Records on December 13, 2024. The album was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Daniel Moreira, at EvoluiSom Studios.

“We are really thrilled about signing with Eclipse Records and looking forward to the best work we can do with them!” says guitarist Carlos Carneiro. “Our debut album is ready to be released, so it really is great to be able to have this kind of support from them at this stage of our careers! Vocalist & guitarist Daniel Moreira adds, “We are thrilled to get this opportunity. When we spoke to Eclipse Records for the first time, we were sure that our path would pass through here. Their professionalism and the appreciation for our work were also decisive factor for us.” Luis Almeida (bassist) also said, “We see this partnership with Eclipse Records as a great way to complement our artistic needs and creative efforts. We truly relate to the professionalism and drive Eclipse has shown us, and we hope this relationship leads to great things.” Finally, drummer Frederico Lopes states “I believe that, by signing with Eclipse Records, we now have the conditions to showcase our work and music to a wider audience. In fact, they will be a vehicle of communication between our compositions and the world.”

Inner Self, is the band’s debut full-length album which has something for everyone, like a magical prism exploding with colors. Some of the song-introductions are flavored with grunge, just as many of the verse-riffs have heavy metal backbone. Often, the vocals possess an alternate flair that other times weave satisfying harmonies that remind us of the best album-oriented rock of the ages. The drums are complex, tight, and surprising, delivered in clever mixed meter and a straight four/four that makes us want to stand up, stamp down, clap our hands over our heads, and shout at the moon. These songs are neither linear nor predictable, as the musicians are incredibly deft in the use of dynamics, building each riff, verse, chorus, and solo to a satisfying climax and gratifying conclusion. And for the utmost in blissful diversity, the platform lead guitar solos provide to us an electrifying smorgasbord including profound melodies, soaring runs, heart-breaking bends, and blistering sweeps, giving beginners a mission and the most dexterous shred-wizards – beautiful nightmares. Inner Self features cover art designed by Phobos Anomaly Design, and it is scheduled for release on December 13, 2024.
