CORELLA Share New Single ‘Bitter End’ with Official Video

CORELLA have released their brand new single “Bitter End,” the latest song taken from their forthcoming second album ‘A Beautiful World To Lose,’ out on September 18th via FLG. “Bitter End” arrives alongside an official video, available below.

“Bitter End” is a scorching indie rock track which is quick to take no prisoners, tearing out the blocks in a frenzy of distortion and pounding drums, while frontman Joel Smith plays rock ‘n’ roll ringmaster with his lyrical snarl taking aim at the circus of life and the rat race for success.

CORELLA debuted the new single live to a rabid reaction from fans on their whistlestop headline tour across the North of England last week. Performing packed to the rafters shows at six sweaty intimate venues, they unleashed a number of tracks from ‘A Beautiful World To Lose’ live for the first time to chaotic scenes as displayed in the video for “Bitter End.”

Regarding the single, Joel says:

“‘Bitter End’ captures that restless drive to chase something bigger, exploring the highs, chaos, and obsession that come with wanting more out of life. It plays with the idea of the modern dream; success, excess, and the determination to keep pushing no matter the cost.”

Produced by Grammy-winning Jason Perry (The Molotovs, McFly, Don Broco), ‘A Beautiful World To Lose’ finds the rapidly rising Manchester band performing with a new ferocity and sense of purpose. They have taken their formative indie influences and honed them into something new and razor-sharp.

From searing riffs and snarled lyrics in “Rewire,” to bold vulnerability in “Lost A Friend,” alongside huge uplifting anthems such as found in “Simple Life,” ‘A Beautiful World To Lose’ buzzes with energy, while taking their songwriting and musicianship to grand new heights. The themes cover loss, heartbreak and disillusionment, tracking a generation’s frustration and apathy over the things that are out of their control.

With a wealth of support for the band coming across Radio 1, Radio X and BBC Introducing, while also clocking up over 70 million streams since the release of the debut album, CORELLA have ignited a following which has led to numerous capacity headline tours across the UK and Europe, main stage performances at festivals including Reading & Leeds, while also touring with the likes of Kaiser Chiefs, Pale Waves, Circa Waves and The Wombats.

Following the recent announcement of their signing with Octopus Rising and Argonauta Records, Dutch Doom Death Metal collective OLTAS proudly unveil their brand new single “World Killer”, available now on all digital streaming platforms via Octopus Rising / Argonauta Records: https://tidal.com/track/520375952/u

Known for their distinctive blend of crushing heaviness, emotional depth and spiritual introspection, OLTAS continue to expand their sonic identity with a track that marks a significant milestone in the band’s evolution. “World Killer” is the first official release born from the newly established partnership with Argonauta Records and represents the opening chapter of an ambitious journey that will eventually culminate in the band’s first full length album, scheduled for release in 2027.

Rooted in the vast and ever changing landscapes of Friesland, OLTAS have built a reputation for crafting music that balances darkness and light, aggression and reflection. Their songs explore personal experiences while simultaneously addressing broader questions concerning humanity, consciousness and our place in the world.

Featuring guest vocals by Rachel Westerveld, “World Killer” confronts the many threats facing humanity in contemporary times. Yet, true to the band’s artistic philosophy, the song avoids offering simple answers, leaving space for personal interpretation and individual reflection.

The band comments:

“World Killer is our first release working together with Gero and Argonauta Records. This track stands for a new era of OLTAS. It is also the first single leading up to more singles and ultimately our first full length album, to be released by in 2027. Yes, we take our time, but it will be worth the wait. Lyrically, World Killer stands for all kinds of threats humanity faces in our time. But as always there is room for your own interpretation as well. The artwork was once again created by our dear friend and talented artist Arjen Kunnen, known for his work with Amenra and many others. We always aim to reach a certain level of emotional engagement in our music, while at the same time creating a sense of community. World Killer is calling you.”

With “World Killer”, OLTAS deliver one of their most focused and compelling statements to date, offering a glimpse into what promises to become one of the most intriguing Doom Death Metal releases on the horizon.

SIGYN Sign to Noble Demon + Unleash Lyric Video for ‘The Crawlers’, New Album Out July 10th

Finnish melodic death metal force SIGYN has officially joined the ranks of Noble Demon and are now unveiling their brand new single and lyric video “The Crawlers”, taken from the band’s upcoming sophomore full-length album “From Nation To Chaos”, set for release on July 10.

Blending razor-sharp riffing, epic melodies, and relentless energy, “The Crawlers” showcases SIGYN’s trademark sound while also exploring slightly new sonic territory – further underlining the band’s evolving approach to modern melodic death metal.

Speaking about the track, guitarist Markus Suomela reveals:

“The starting point of the song differed from our earlier SIGYN material, and at first I wasn’t sure which direction it would take. However, the orchestration and keyboard parts composed by Valtteri brought exactly the right atmosphere to it, and now the track is one of my favorites on the upcoming album.“

Stream the single HERE

Originally formed in 2008 in Helsinki, SIGYN operate within what can best be described as “Epic Melodeath” – a powerful blend of heavy riffs, fast-paced aggression, and memorable melodies, occasionally enriched with symphonic elements. Drawing inspiration from the early 2000s Finnish metal scene, the band fuses intensity and atmosphere into a modern yet unmistakably classic melodic death metal sound.

Following their debut album “Dehumanized” (2023), which earned a spot in Kaaoszine’s “Top 10 Albums of the Year” list, SIGYN quickly established themselves as one of the rising names in the Finnish extreme metal underground. The album’s single “The Real Me” further expanded their reach, receiving airplay on both Radio Helsinki and Radio Rock.

With “From Nation To Chaos”, SIGYN continue to refine their identity – combining soaring melodies, relentless riffing, and an epic sense of scale that will appeal to fans of Children Of Bodom, Wintersun, Arch Enemy, Nightwish, Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir, and Cradle Of Filth.

Tracklist:

01. A New Nation
02. Blind Prophet
03. Break These Chains
04. Creating My Own Chaos
05. The Crawlers
06. Illusion Of Justice
07. Fallen Monuments
08. I Am Nothing
09. World In Flames

Reflecting on the band’s new chapter with Noble Demon, Markus Suomela comments: “SIGYN is proud to join the Noble Demon family and to take this next step in our journey. It feels like a great home to our music, and we can’t wait to share what we have been working on. Exciting times ahead!“

Noble Demon CEO Patrick Walch adds: “Another Finnish band, yes. We could claim once again ‘it must be something in the water or in the mother’s milk in the land of the thousand lakes’, indeed. So, I can’t help but do it as the Finns would — be sparse with words and suggest you check out SIGYN’s first album single ‘Blind Prophet’, which is already out on all streaming services. Listen for yourself and you’ll understand why there is no way to get around this band in 2026. New album out very soon! Of course on NobleDemon \m/“

“From Nation To Chaos” will be released digitally on July 10 via Noble Demon and is available for pre-save at THIS LOCATION

Noveria will release the new album “Becoming After” on August 21 through Scarlet Records.

Built upon Noveria’s unmistakable blend of prog power metal, modern heaviness, grandiose atmospheres, and breathtaking musicianship, “Becoming After” pushes the band into unexplored territory – darker, deeper, yet more alive than ever.

Massive choruses collide with crushing riffs, epic soundscapes meet technical intensity, while passionate vulnerability stands proudly beside pure aggression.
