Andrzej Citowicz – Polish Cairo-based guitarist and songwriter, former recording artist for Down Boys Records (record label belonging to Erik Turner and Jerry Dixon from Warrant band) and also ex-guitarist for T.A.C.E. Project – is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of his latest guitar instrumental album, “Never Ending Storms”, set to premiere in mid-2023 under the moniker CITOVITZ AND THE FIREFLIES OF FEBRUARY. This collection of 14 tracks showcases Andrzej’s talent and heart for the guitar, taking listeners on a captivating journey through a diverse range of emotions and soundscapes, with the added brilliance of Patryk Szymanski on bass.
“Never Ending Storms” is a reflection of the tempest within, where each note resonates with the soul and every melody tells a story,” says Andrzej Citowicz. The album features a diverse range of genres, including rock, blues, and progressive, ensuring that there’s something for every music enthusiast to enjoy.
“In the eye of the storm, I found my sanctuary – a place where my guitar could sing and my heart could soar,” Andrzej adds. The collaboration with bassist Patryk Szymanski has resulted in a powerful synergy, elevating the album to new heights and creating a unique sonic experience for listeners. “With every strum of my guitar, I’ve poured my heart and soul into Never Ending Storms, creating a musical experience that transcends the boundaries of genre and time,” Andrzej explains. The album is a testament to the power of music – a force that can weather any storm and emerge stronger on the other side.
You can expect instrumental journey through the tempests of life, guided by the unwavering sound of Andrzej’s guitar and the solid foundation of Patryk Szymanski’s bass. “Each track on Never Ending Storms is a beacon of hope, shining through the darkness and guiding us towards calmer waters,” Andrzej says.
